My husband just got into an accident and he called this tow company. Although he was anxious and stressed out about the situation, he raved about the customer service from this company.
The person who answered the phone was knowledgeable and polite and the person who towed his car was very patient and kind. He asked my husband what happened and made light of the situation by making a small joke which eased my husband’s nerves a bit.
