I called in the morning to make a pick up reservation and was told I didn’t need one– just to call 10 minutes before I needed to be picked up. I called about 10 minutes before I needed to be picked up and was told it would be 5 – 10 minutes. I called them again 20 minutes later and again 10 minutes after that. After waiting for over 30 minutes, the driver finally arrived but he never spoke to me, didn’t wear his seat belt and answered the phone during the 5 minute drive.
From now on, I’ll only use Kelly taxi. They give realistic estimates on time, have competitive prices and nice good drivers.
