My bichons ended up looking like ALBINO RATS! took my 2 bichons here expecting bichon cuts. they were not matted at all! but the two ladies working there shaved them down anyways. when i got home, one of my dogs had razor burn and scrapes on her butt and her privates, and one of her nails were bleeding cus they got cut too deep! they were so eager to leave this place. i would not recommened this place if you are looking for quality grooming. wouldnt come here ever again even if you paid me.
