After recognizing a void in the market to service people in need of selling high-​end pre-​owned home décor, Greenwich residents Patricia Espinosa, Julie Rubich, Betsy Perry and Fairfield resident Joannie Buhrendorf created The Local Vault, a full service, white glove solution for buying and selling secondhand design online. Together, the four women bring years of experience in design, staging, photography, event planning, writing and sales marketing.
