History

Established in 1982.

E’lan, LLC /​Harold Feener has 30 years of experience in Building/​Construction and 4 generations of skill passed from father to son. From the Southern pars of Germany, the family transported there skills acroos the ocean. In the late 1763, the «Feeners», joined by 36 other families, traveled by ship from the Blackforrest Region of Southern Germany to Nova Scotia (NS) thereafter establishing Plaesantville, NS. MY great-​great grandfather would construct homes in the summer and build ships in the winter. The idea of apprenticeship was practiced while the «son», under the fathers instruction, learned and demonstrated trade skills, until such time that he would earn the right o possessing and using his tools. Craftsmanship is a skill, trade competency and attitude. These characteristics distinguish tradesmen — from those people who buy tools and perceive that the y have skills because they own tools…

Carpenter and cabinet maker by trade. Skilled in virtually all aspects of trades, carpentry, framing, concrete, block, brick, electrical, plumbing, sheet rock, painting and roofing.

Extensive management in construction of homes (over 100 homes in Nashville), competent in project management, company operations, with high people skills and job management skills.
