I looked around the Hermitage area to store my boat and this was one that did not use a centralized phone service — I talked to the people at the location. Chuck Thomas was very helpful going over all the processes ensuring me there is no hidden «gotchas». The pricing was very competitive. The location is awesome for PPriest or Old Hickory. And knowing I’ve got a face with a name I felt at ease with Chuck and his staff.
