BEAU RIVAGE features 3 buildings, 60 comfy units, outdoor heated pool,

Hot Tub & Sauna, a Laundromat, BBQs-​gas grills and picnic tables «Out Back.»

BEAU SOLEIL features 2 two-​bedroom Weekly Vacation Suites on Milliken St.

History

Established in 1967.

Since our purchase of the ‘original’ motel buildings in May of 1983 from John’s parents, Armand and Lena Lapointe, our family has been operating the Beau Rivage ‘hands-​on’ for over 27 years, offering guests clean, quality, well-​maintained family-​style vacation accommodations in one of the most fun and popular beach resorts on the East Coast.

We strive to maintain our facilities well, to insure that our guests will have a trouble free vacation while staying with us in Old Orchard Beach. Our idea of running a Motel hasn’t changed in our 27 years in the business — we strive to employ the best people from around the World — who, in turn, help us offer our guests comfortable rooms, great amenities, at reasonable prices, and to keep our guests happy ‘season after season’ in order to make their vacation a memorable one so they will keep coming back to the Beau Rivage Motel !

Just visited as part of a quick post Labor Day trip. Very clean and staff was super nice at check in. At first we thought it may be a little far from downtown but actually worked out great to be a little bit away from the noise

Clean, comfortable rooms in a convenient location. If you are staying on the beach side, I would recommend the corner room 509 for a little more privacy on the outside seating area, and a view of the ocean. Not directly on the water but just steps to the beach and a short walk to the pier. Although I would prefer my room to be directly on the ocean, its reasonably priced and well maintained.

The room was clean, but the management staff insulted American guests while speaking French. Not realizing that I (an American) understood, the only excuse was that he was trying to appease a foreign guest by calling Americans dirty and disrespectful. Really! I found it totally rude and I would consider staying somewhere else while visiting that area.

My family has been coming here every August for years. We’ve never had a complaint. Rooms are always clean, and everyone who works there is very nice and friendly. I really want to stay in one of the rooms with the heart shaped hot tub some day! Parking is a little cramped, but in that area, there’s not much you can do! The beach is right across the street, and the location is nice and quiet, far enough away from the ruckus in the center of town, but the chaos is just a short walk away!

I stayed here with my boyfriend on our 4th anniversary vacation over Memorial Day weekend. We had a room with a heart shaped hot tub! It was so fantastically cheesy! The tub was surrounded by mirrors & there was a large «window» with shutters above the tub that opened up into the bedroom.
The price was very reasonable. The front desk staff was friendly. The room was very clean. We had lots of cable channels. The location is perfectly close to all the attractions, but just far away enough to be quite at night. No one disturbed us at all. We liked it so much that we decided to extend our trip & stay for a third night. They not only accommodated us, but even cut us a deal on the room rate. I would stay here again any time.
