If you have the option or opportunity go to Chocura, NH* location instead. If you must choose Saco /Old Orchard, do not select the zip-trekking only. The course is short and nowhere near the $ 49 price tag. However, if you select both zip-trekking and the Adventure Park for the combined price of $ 69, we thought it was worth the cost, overall. But, we will not return to the zip-trekking again — no desire to pay for it more than once. The Adventure Park, although small(much smaller than Chocura), alone is only $ 29 weekdays and $ 39 weekends, and definitely worth either amount. Plus you can stay as long as you like. Oddly, the zip-trekking section with the higher cost is a one-shot deal. No returns. The staff were all very friendly and very helpful. Other: — they only have port-o-lets at this location, no running water — the rock climbing wall is ok, but whoever set it when we visited did not do a very good job of it. It’s an auto-belay, so be prepared to trust the device and not a person. — the longest zip line was great, worth doing several times *Chocura location has an advanced section which they label«black». That section is way, way better than the zip-trekking at Saco /Old Orchard.

I’d like to star off by saying I NEVERWRITEREVIEWS because I feel that all businesses make mistakes. I would like to follow up with the fact that we were three hours away in Bar Harbor, ME and went online to see if it was open due to the fact that it was off season. We went online and actually chatted with a person who told us they were open until 4. We asked when we needed to be there to register and were told that as long as we were there by 3:00 we would be all set. We arrived at 2:45 to pay and get our children registered and were told that they were closed. I mentioned that we had chatted online and I was told that they closed at 2:30. When I pulled up the Google search results and showed the staffer that it said they were open until 4:00, she dismissed me and said they had no control over the listing on Google. I then called the number associated with the listing and spoke with the actual person who chatted with us online and she denied telling us that they were open until 4:00 and mentioned that nobody had been to the attraction since 11:30 so they decided to close early. We were never told that we needed to make a reservation… until our children were standing there waiting to climb walking back to the car for a ride home. I understand that people make mistakes. I just wish that we were told to make a reservation when we contacted them at 12:00 because they were slow. We will never return.

It was a great experience in Monkey Trunks… my friends and I had a great time here! The staff were very friendly and nice. They give us a introduction lesson and some tips before letting anyone trying anything… very helpful. The price is $ 44 and you can stay there until they close, which is around 4PM(I was there on Sunday).

Made reservations for 10am(7÷5÷13 in Saco, Maine) because we knew it’d be hot out. Was very surprised when we pulled in as it was a great deal smaller than I expected from the pics online, the main part of it was sitting on maybe a total of one acre, there were 2 longer zip lines that extended beyond that. Seemed well run, for the most part efficient, the monkey paws bale system makes it pretty safe even for the kids. My boys are 7&9(both met height req) and both needed help clipping on at every turn. Might seem obvious but if you don’t like heights don’t go. We were in a party of 8, 2 of us(both adults) ended up injured, one massive rope burn and one badly scraped/cut bloody elbow… both injuries from each of the zip lines — one didn’t have a block to slow adults and the other the ground was too shallow for adults :(Kids had fun but overall I thought it was significantly overpriced at $ 170 for family of 4. We stayed 2 hours. Seemed like a unique idea but the ticket prices should be cut in half, in my opinion.

My husband and I had so much fun at Monkey Trunks in Saco! We got there as soon as it opened, to beat the heat and the crowds. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Once we watched the video, got our gear on, and practiced clipping on and off, we were on our own! I have to admit we never made it up to the 3rd level, and were amazed by all the kids who flew through it up there! But we did challenge ourselves. There were a few elements I thought I couldn’t do, but I did them and felt awesome! I love that when I was there I was completely focused on what I was doing and all my worries slipped away for a few hours. We did about 3 hours before we decided we were tired. I’d love to go back again, though, or check out their other locations. What a great way to spend part of a day!

Monkey Trunks just came to Saco, Me! We were so excited watching being built and couldn’t wait to get over there and climb and zipline! We had an absolute blast! We paid only $ 49.00 and climbed and ziplined for 2 hours! It was so fun. It was a really hot day so we were glad we didn’t do anymore. The course had three different levels. The higher you go up up, obviously, the harder it got. Some of these were really hard! But, we did them! The staff were amazing! You do have to watch a very short video at the beginning and take a short lesson which is a breeze and then your off on your own. You’ll love it! They also have a rock climbing wall! My suggestion is definitely bring a lot of water with you! YOUWILLNEEDIT! We forgot the water and we had to buy it! We will definitely be going back!!! We had a blast!
