Atlantic Seafood is a Zagat rated seafood market. Specializing in fresh fish, lobsters, clams, shrimp, in store made soups, salads, lobster rolls and side dishes to go. Party platters such as smoked salmon w/capers, crème fraîche & pumpernickel bread. White wine poached salmon fully decorated with a choice of store made dill sauce, remoulade, chipotle or an array of other flavors to choose from.
We have a full kitchen staff directed by our 5 star chef of 25 years. Some of our specialties would include lobster pie, dill shrimp salad, stuffed clams and baked stuffed jumbo shrimp.
We sell «clean fish». No artificial colors, growth hormones, preservatives or pesticides are added to our seafood.
Fish is flown in or brought to us by local fisherman daily. Wild Alaskan salmon, tuna, swordfish, diver & bay scallops, shrimp, cod, haddock, sole, flounder Hake, tilapia, halibut, seabass and Maryland crab meat are some of our standard offerings.

Established in 1976.
What was once a tiny fish market in Old Saybrook has grown with the community and the times. Now offering it’s customers the ability to get a complete meal in one stop. Fresh breads are brought in daily, a full kitchen staff now prepares entrees and side dishes to make dinner prep quicker. A farm stand was brought on the property to offer fresh local produce. Even a local bakery delivers their dessert offerings and a local farm brings an array of cheeses.
What started out as a humble seafood market with 5 – 6 choices of fish now boasts a huge assortment. 4 different salmons, swordfish, tuna, shad, blackfish, cod, sole, flounder, halibut, seabass and more all delivered daily.
From smoked fish to complimentary cooking lobsters we strive to be the «go to» place for the freshest best quality your money can buy.

A graduate of the CIA (Culinary Institute of America) Jerry has worked in some of the most acclaimed fine dining restaurants in the country.
Jerry is a key component to the success of Atlantic Seafood. His belief in small batches, fresh ingredients and ability to marry flavors has been his niche. Whether he makes a crab cake or coleslaw the ingredients are going to be made at Atlantic Seafood. Every dressing that goes on our salads every soup or chowder every side dish or salmon burger is made in our market.
