Well I’m happy to report that my recent visit at this location was dramatically different than my last one… I had initially swore to never go back but at the insistence of The King, I gave them another shot…
Both of the women that helped me the other evening were extremely patient and helpful. After sifting through what seemed like a multitude of different styles and frames, I finally found my choice. They told me it would take two weeks and lo and behold a week later I get a text message that my new glasses were in.
When I went to pick them up the woman was very nice and I was in and out within minutes. Whatever was wrong before seemed to have worked itself out. Thank you for the great service. I will be back.

Hands down the best customer service I’ve had in Connecticut in the past year. and very thorough eye exam. A thousands times better than the crystal mall LensCrafters. Got a nice pair of Tiffany glasses.

On vacation a screw came out of my Maui Jim sunglasses and was lost – the technician was totally nice about repairing, charged me nothing, asked about the weather… I was on my way in a couple of minutes.
