History
Established in 1993.
Dr. Ortiz has been practicing dentistry for over 40 years. He served with the US Air Force as a dentist for over 20 years and retired as a Colonel in 1992. He has been in civilian practice for the past 22 years in the state of Florida and almost 15 years at his previous location before moving to his present office in Oldsmar in 2009.
Dr. Ortiz attended the University of Puerto Rico for his undergraduate education, earning both a Bachelor of Arts degree and a Bachelor of Science degree. His dental education was completed at the University of Puerto Rico School of Dentistry, where he earned a Doctorate of Dental Medicine. Dr Ortiz earned a Master of Science degree in Restorative Dentistry at Indiana University School of Dentistry.
