Very helpful staff. My Traeger grill needed repaired over Memorial Day weekend. Understandably they said it might take a few days but they actually called me back several hours later and said they could correct problem and I can come get it the next day during memorial day weekend. At any other business this would be unheard of.

Bought on the first visit. We had been looking and researching a smoker for way too long (2 yrs+).
Very knowledgeable and friendly staff, amazing selection of products, priced fairly and they appreciate your business by throwing in the little extras.
The store itself was like letting a kid loose in a candy store. Anything you could think of was there with multiple choices.
Proof that we selected the right smoker for us is that hardly a weekend goes by that the smoker isn’t used. And the results get better by the week.
Don’t know why I waited so long to stop in, drive by twice each day on way to work and again going home.

I can’t say enough about this place. Everyone is so nice. They have everything from pool accessories to grills and parts. We have used them for our pool water stabilization and only use them to refill our propane tanks. Purchased a grill, smoker and accessories. My favorite part is that it is a local company and right around the corner! If you’ve never been, you should visit and see all the useful and cute things they offer.

I am in the process of building a high end outdoor kitchen and I did a ton of research online. My preference is to always use the local company when possible. After getting pricing for a number of specific products online I went to Grate Grills and asked for the same items. The pricing that I received from them was almost $ 1800 more than a reputable online retailer! I explained to the person who helped me that I wanted to buy from them and that I would be willing to purchase these items directly from them but that the $ 1800 was too large of a price difference for me to justify going local. He told me that was there price and he couldn’t go any lower. As a result he lost over $ 5000 in sales that I bought online. The internet is not going away, if they do not start looking at what prices other companies are offering the same products for their future is going to be tough.

We bought a weber grill from grate grills. They know their stuff!!! They were very helpful and threw in some grill items (I can’t say they do this all the time) but we love the store and will be back. They carry a large number of high end grills and supplies.
