Talk about a rip off and a freaken waste of time. In 2008, i had these people install services, the installers smelled like weed. Then reception didn’t work and tv all messed up. I cancelled within 24 hours and said i would not be charged. They charged my card without asking and wrote i complaint to the BBB. All the managers and people that work there were so disrespecful and rude! They said when I spoke to them ‘you are lucky we didn’t charge you more than $ 175 for canceling’ i am like ‘excuse me’? I \had to change my cc #‘s and they are a freaken joke, scam artists and hope they go out of business, KARMA is a B****. Remember that folks. Direct TV was more understanding for this and KR works for them, unreal! I would highly recommend avoiding this!
