Specialties
As the name suggests… we are known for our all beef hand patted Angus burgers. These burgers are seasoned with Chef Mah’s special blend and then baked to perfection. So do yourself a favor and try a burger and dress it yourself with our fresh toppings at the bar.
If you are looking to try something new, refreshing, and palate pleasing then try one of the SideStreet favorites under «Specialties». The Fat Panda is Korean marinated Angus sirloin with Sriracha mayo and fresh cilantro on French bread
Or try a Spinach Burger: Ground turkey and chopped spinach mixed with Parmesan, mozzarella cheeses, minced veggies and garlic, and then topped with feta cheese and sun-dried tomato yogurt.
And last but not least, try the Hott Pigg. Ground pork stuffed with rosemary and hickory bacon. Topped with Jalapeño slaw, pepperack cheese, and apple butter bbq.
History
Established in 2012.
Family owned and operated, SideStreet Burgers is about simplicity but also creativity. We’re about the American classic but also about a world of culinary opportunities. Give us a try. You won’t regret it.
We specialize in gourmet burgers, sandwiches, and desserts.
SideStreet Burgers was developed on a very low budget. Our focus was strictly gourmet burgers… but baked! We opened with the bare essentials. Two sizes of Angus burgers, Garlic Potato wedges, and can cokes. Our mission was to do a few things well and not open with an overbearing menu. Eventually we wanted to develop more gourmet sandwiches and bring a little fancy food to Olive Branch at a tremendous value. We have grown from a one man operation and now have over 1200 facebook fans! We sport a 95% on urbanspoon and 4 stars among some of the other foodie rating sites.

«About Chef Mah»
Memphis-born Chef Jonathan Mah has been in the kitchen for most of his life. Before he could drive, he was working the grill in his father’s steakhouse and by the time he could vote, he was earning his chops at Koto’s and Erling Jensen’s, two top-tier fine dining establishments.
In college Chef Mah majored in hotel and restaurant management at the University of Tennessee-Knoxville and would go on to work for Château Élan Winery and Resort in Georgia. Afterwards, Chef Mah spent some time in the corporate world as general manager of a Chili’s in North Georgia.
Last year Chef Mah returned to Memphis to serve as the Executive Sous Chef at Alchemy in Cooper Young. Now, he’s back in Mississippi running his own ship and dishing out some of the top burgers in the county.
