Dunkin’ Donuts

I really love this Dunkin Donuts. First, I must say they always make my coffee on time (even when I am really pushed for time to catch my train). It’s clean from what I can see which is a huge plus! In addition, their coffee is very good. There is a lady at the front that takes my order, and she know what I want without me having to tell her. Medium coffee easy cream and easy sugar! She even tells other employees up front so that they know. That’s impressive. This is the only location that knows how to make easy cream and easy sugar. Most places screw this up so fast, I have to take it back and them re-​do (and of course it’s still not right).
Today, I had the morning from hell. I was parked in drive through to get my coffee, and I noticed I could not find my purse. And it dawned on me! I forgot my damn purse at home. I pulled up to drive through and told them I can’t purchase my coffee because I forgot my purse at home. And they gave me the coffee anyway! How nice was that?! Good customer service all around.

Customer service has really gone down. I have done their receipt review multiple times with suggestions but don’t see any changes. It’s a Dunkin so the coffee is good. But when you place your order at the drive through they don’t tell you the total. They just say ‘pull up’. Not very friendly.

This was a great place to stop but then they had got an order wrong so I brought the sandwich back still wrapped and not touched. Asked if I could get a new one and even said that I would pay for the additional portion that they originally had not charged for, and then their manager went bonkers. Said «oh no, I have it on recording and I took your order, you are wrong!» So, never again will I go there. Left the sandwich on the counter and was out of there. That place has gone way downhill since the new manager stepped in. Thank goodness Starbucks was down the street.

I come here every morning for coffee… caramel hot/​iced coffee, cream and sugar. The staff is friendly and always greets with a smile. Please be warned: in the morning the lines can be extremely long in both the store and the drive up.

You broke my fat little heart. Last night, not even on a holiday, you were CLOSED by 11pm when I had a 4^th meal craving for sugar in the form of donut holes, and you are the closest DD to my folks’ place.
Even the fried fish place next door was open, giving a false sense of hope as we mistook that «Open» sign for yours.
I guess I will just have to drown my sorrows in don – oh, wait.
