OMG where to start. Cecilia & La China are the best ladies in the world. I have been with them for over 8 years now, followed them to their new place (old place was terrible) and would recommend them to anyone. Cecilia is a magician when it comes to color and everything else for that matter, but particularly color. I’ve seen her fix anything. La China is a magician with her blow dryer. God Bless them !!!
