I was not very happy with this place. I’d take my car somewhere else if I were you.

BEWARE OF THE OWNER BRIAN FIJOLEK:
I have always taken my personal vehicle and my family’s vehicles to Bryan’s Automotive over the years for regular maintenance and hell, he even swapped a Nissan motor into my pickup a few years back (my family and I have written some hefty checks here). The work was always done right, and the service was prompt, they even clean your vehicle top to bottom. I am willing to pay a premium for these types of services as there are plenty of shops in town nearby that are much less expensive. Unfortunately it isn’t «the same» Bryan I had the pleasure of working with. The worst part of this review is it wasn’t even myself that had the bad experience from Bryan but after him being downright rude and disrespectful I’m ashamed I gave his information out. I personally recommended on social media, and via text that my friend should take his truck in to see Bryan at Bryan’s Automotive and have him do the engine overhaul, timing, tune-​up, suspension, and brakes.
My friend called 3 shops to get quotes, Bryan’s was the most expensive but I assured him they would do quality work. What I didn’t know was when he got a quote from Bryan’s, he set an appointment and later, after looking at the bids he decided Terry’s Automotive was nearly $ 400 cheaper. He would call Bryan back to see if he could possibly get the bid a tad lower or change out the gas shocks on the quote to cheaper models or he would have to potentially cancel his appointment. Bryan’s Automotive must have caller ID because my friend called from the local business he works from and that upset Mr. Fijolek… Bryan’s response…“Well I will stop buying my [products] from your business and go buy them from somebody else then. I just spent $ 10,000 at your store!” That upset my friend, he thought he was getting quotes for his truck but ultimately Bryan helped make up his mind, and my mind for any type of future business. I will never go back.
Truth is, he actually has spent a couple thousand at my friend’s store, and that is going back the last 7 years, or early 2009. Still doesn’t add up. I spent more than that on my engine in one visit, one check, among the multiple times my family and I supported him and his shop. Can’t believe I actually recommended this jackass. If I were a shop owner my response may have been, «lets see the bid from Terry’s and see if there is anything we can do» or something along those lines. That would be too professional for a guy like Mr. Fijolek. Straight to douche-​mode. Thanks for showing your true colors.

I have always had a good experience at Bryans Automotive. I feel the prolicing is fair and the staff is friendly, patent, and helpful. I recommend you give them a try.

I called Bryan’s Automotive after a friend recommended his work. I was pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness of the shop and the friendly staff. My ’66 Mustang Fastback had a transmission leak that I couldn’t figure out where it was coming from. After months of leaking in the garage, I decided it was time to take it to a shop. Bryan got it in right away and fixed it the same day and I picked it up that afternoon. Not only did he fix it quickly, but he didn’t charge me for the service. I highly recommend Bryan’s Automotive.

I’ve been using them for years. Always prompt competent service at a competitive rate. Very good at doing only what’s necessary, no unneeded repairs to pad the bill. Clean, professional looking shop. I’d send my Grandma there!

The people here are great! They have always been knowledge and extremely friendly. They have taken care of our cars for years without any problems!

I’ve been watching as a close friend has paid dearly for entrusting her car and business to this place. With so many mechanic shops to choose from — trust and customer service become important factors when deciding where to go. After watching how they screwed up her car and now she has no choice but to pay them $ 1,100 more than she should just so she can get her car back — all while being treated rudely because they know she has to pay up or else — my advice is steer clear of this place! Their technical skills and integrity are questionable; but their disregard for customers is undeniable. Profit — even if it’s dishonest — is valued more than you becoming or staying a loyal customer.
