Established in 2013.

COBB’S is run by Olympia duo, Stephen and Rebecca Cobb. Prior to making a business of it (and after having tried the Blood Type A diet, various eliminations and fifteen months on the GAPS diet), we uncovered a few secrets. One being: nothing tastes as good as healthy feels. But that raised the question, what if healthy doesn’t taste good? Where’s the fun in that? Soon enough, through an amateur exploration of online blog recipes in a quest to swoon the taste buds, we realized that with just a little attention even nutritious food could taste like magic!
