My name is Alex, I’m the founder of Heart Computers. When you call our number, I’m the one who answers and guides your computer through every step of the repair process. I’m a real person and my goal is to make sure you’re 100% satisfied with our services. I take my work seriously and if the people around me are of any merit, I take it way too seriously. Don’t believe me? Throw an IT challenge at me you think is unsolvable — I wake up in the morning to tackle them and slash through the competition’s market-​share. I get that warm fuzzy feeling when I find out that a spammer or virus creator gets shut down. Some call me personable and some call me ruthless. I guess to be honest, they’re both completely right.
