History

Established in 2001.

Oliver Olszewsky grew up in a landscaping family in Munich, Germany. His father, Olf Winand is one of Germany’s most well respected landscape architects, having installed landscaping for BMW, Mercedes Benz as well as for many fashion designers and celebrities in the Munich area. Oliver has been supervising crews for his fathers company since he was 14. In 2001, he and his American wife decided it was time to strike out on their own and create a company here in the USA. Starting up the company post 9 – 11 was very challenging, Oliver started by simply going door to door with pruning shears in his hand asking to work in peoples gardens. From there he established himself in Olympia until today, where Oliver’s Landscaping, LLC is known as one of the most respected companies in it’s field.

Meet the Manager

Ingrid O.

Manager

Ingrid Olszewsky is Oliver’s wife, business partner and office manager. Ingrid grew up here in the Pacific NW, out in the countryside with a great love of nature. Her family had a beautiful old farm house over looking Vaughn Bay and Case Inlet. There she helped her mother with the extensive landscaping and vegetable gardens, as well as the grape vineyards that her dad produced wine from. After earning a B.A. from The Evergreen State College, Ingrid met and married Oliver, and followed him back to Germany where they lived and raised their son Kilian. In moving back to America, Ingrid helped to build up the company, and works side by side with Oliver, making sure that every detail is attended to.
