Price for beers are reasonable, food… what can I say. Average. The fries are soggy and charged me for ranch dressing??? No restaurants ever … never charge for the dressing for fries!!! THISISFIRST!

I have been treated so disrespectfully from a server right from the moment we sat down. The gentlemen server completely ruined my experience and I just hope that no one attending this facility ever is treated the same way. This employee should be terminated immediately in order to maintain any sort of positive relationship with the community.

Girlfriend wanted a veggie burger, but they didn’t have any. They let us sit there for thirty minutes before telling us they were out of veggie patties and still charged us five dollars for our sodas. Never going back. No respect for our time.

The good: Great beer selection Reasonable prices on everything TV’s with sports everywhere Korean beef tacos are great House chips are good too! The bad: Server Dianne said ’ fu*k’ almost every other word She was spacey and forgot alot of what she had said or what we had asked for. She was overly comfortable with us. The foul language really turned us off. She’s our server, not our sister. Also, the chili cheese fries were burnt and definitely not worth the money. Probably won’t be back anytime soon.

Good food, good sides… took a little long to come out but it was busy in the bar and it looked like they were down a couple people. Consistent and Predictable, which I like, the Bloody Mary Bar is great when I can remember to come in for it,

Bartender working her butt off today/Sunday while the 3 waitresses stand around. Not offering to help us or their peer behind the bar and we have to get our own menus. Not unusual here at this Pints & Quarts.

Many selections of beer on tap! Love it! Wish they would bring back the organic fish tail ipa. Their happy hour menu is so cheap. Gotta go on Tuesdays for their $ 2 tacos! But since there remodel they don’t make the tacos as big as they used to… but hey, still $ 2! Another HUGE plus is they have a family seating area so you can bring the kiddos. They also have a nice kids menu and give them crayons to color.

The first time we went to P&Qs we couldn’t get service it was so busy so we ended up going to Olive Garden. This time were were able to get service. It was a nice mellow afternoon and our waiter was a nice guy. The food was good so I could see coming back just to eat there again. My biggest problem is make sure that it’s on a quiet day or you may be better off going somewhere else. Portions were large, the food was good(but not good enough to write home about) and the service is good *if* you can get a table.

The food took longer than usual to come out from the kitchen and when it did, it looked like it had just been sitting back there getting cold. I ordered the chili fries. The fries were soggy and luke warm while the chili was also already cold and you could tell because it had already began to harden. My friend ordered the One Eye Gypsy burger and found a hair in his meal. Our other friend ordered the Nachos and when it came out the cheese was cold. The food was just not good. Other than that it was great, it’s a nice place with friendly staff and a pretty decent beer selection.

I stop in every so often with a good friend of mine and I have always had a positive experience. We usually show up in the afternoon during a week day so it’s never busy which may or may not be one of the reasons why our waiter each time has always been easy going, kind, and isn’t afraid to engage in friendly banter back in forth. Regardless of the reason, I commend the staff for bringing our food out in a timely manner and overall just being good people. Today we arrived right when they opened and I had the Rancher pizza and the Westside wrap with a side of tots. I’ve always gravitated towards thin crust pizzas over other varieties and this one tasted great! Had a crispy crust with decently sized chicken pieces. I’m not a big cheese fan and don’t eat cheese very often so to some, the amount of cheese on the pizza might be perfect, but for me I found it slightly overpowering. I would of liked to have a few more pieces of chicken on each slice and more onions with just a little bit less cheese but that’s just me being picky. Also, it’s not a big pizza. There was a grand total of 5 slices, albeit good, but still only 5 slices so be mindful of that. The Westside wrap was phenomenal! I really don’t have anything negative to say about it. There was good balance of chicken, shredded cheese, and lettuce with ranch to make each bite delicious without one item dominating the others. It was tasty and actually quite filling. As for their tots, 5⁄5 all day long. I have always had perfectly cooked, crunchy tots if I happen to get them. Overall I really enjoy eating here. The food is good and the staff is great to talk and joke with when they arn’t busy. It’s worth giving a try if you’re undecided :)

I always end up back at the West Side Pints and Quarts. The service is friendly, they have several large TVs with sports on, and a big selection of beers on tap. The remodel has given the place brighter lighting, making it feel less like a pub and more like a boozy restaurant. The menu is decent and I would highly recommend the nachos with chili. The pizzas aren’t anything you can make a meal out of, which we learned the hard way. I’m also a big fan of the tots and the burgers. I would steer clear of the«poutine,» unless you want a few fries doused in beef stew with a light sprinkle of some variety of melted cheese(definitely not curds). My only wish is that they were more likely to change the channels. Lately when we go in, they have the same basketball game on all the TVs and when we ask them to put on a hockey game, sometimes they respond that the bartenders simply«refuse» to change any channels. Hmmm. Overall, this is a place we drink at from time to time. It’s not terrible, it’s not amazing, but it’s consistent, and that’s something I can get down with.

Great pub food and an awesome take on poutine. Flaky pieces of beef in the gravy and not too cheesy. Tasty Manhattans too!

New menu is not good. Fries are not crispy. Alfredo chicken had no flavor. And side salad was nothing more than lettuce. Very disappointed in the chafes to the menu and quality of food.

I like what they’ve done with the renovation but the food still needs help. Beef taco meat was changed to burger and constantly over cooked food. I ended up ordering the apple wrapple and that was good. Update: I just left the plate practically untouched and the waitress took it away. She asked me about it and I told her it was inedible. She didn’t charge me for it. So that was pleasant.

Based on the service of one person(short girl with blond hair) on 10−17−15 I’d have to say their servers/bartenders need more training. We were here with a party of 7 and were treated with zero respect. We sat and waited outside for almost 15 minutes. After that I was harassed at the bar by the«bartender» regarding my legal ID, which I showed her twice AND she has served us almost every week! I’m not even close to being suspect in age or ID. I rarely get Saturday off and this has ruined it!!!

Pints and quarts west side just recently did a remodel of their bar so my girlfriend and I decided to stop by recently and check it out. My prior exposure to p&q was not liking Josh one of the bartenders there. He was abrasive and a smart ass. Followed up with one of the worst breakfast specials. It had has kept me away for the last several months. This time around as we asked for a hefe beer. They didn’t have one on draft? I asked for a Sam Adams but mid pour they ran out… Like totally out no more in the bar. The remodel is actually pretty lame because it shrank the seating area. The cheap lighting is that really horrible fluorescent pure white office color. I live on the west side of Olympia. I’d rather go to the 2 mile. I rack this review up to a fail.

They have about 10 big screens in here, a new second floor for big events and are accommodating to the only Buckeye fan in finding the game on BTN2. THANKYOU! !! Plenty of choices with the beer. Good bar food, too.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. Featured beer of the day apparently isn’t available until 8:30 pm, well after happy hour. Their featured beer of the day was gone as of 5 pm. Plus you can’t get the happy hour specials in the restaurant part of the place. To top it all off, our waitresses(that’s right, we had 2 because one was in training) were extremely inattentive. You’d think that the trainer would be helping the new girl learn how to serve, not suck as bad as if she were new too. Four of us had ordered food and our fifth person arrived just as our food was coming out. First, our fifth person was never provided with a food menu. Then once he asked for it and had long since decided on his order, the waitresses walked by telling him they’d be right back to take his order. They didn’t come for another 5 mins. He decided that he no longer wanted to give them his money since it had taken so long. We asked for additional salsa that never came. My drink was gone and taken away w/o ever asking if I wanted another. My friend asked for a second beer halfway thru her hamburger and it never arrived until she was finished. We sat around not eating long after we were full and still had to ask for a box, it was never offered. The amount of time we sat around waiting during this experience was entirely too long. Neither waitress seemed aware of their lack of skills in the service industry and never once apologized for the delays they created. Finally, we waited for the bill for an interminable amount of time and kept looking around the bar for one of our servers but they were MIA. Horrible experience. Do not recommend.
