We are a locally owned company that operates in the Puget Sound. Our work area is from Marysville to Vancouver. We have a retail/​repair store in Olympia, Washington and we also offer «on-​site» computer repair service! Our #1 goal is to make sure our customer is 100% satisfied. Our owner recieved his Master’s degree in computer science from USC, and worked at Microsoft for 5 years in the code development department before deciding to start his own business. Our Serivce Manager, Michael got his bachleor’s from WSU and our Webmaster/​Server admin, TJ got his degree from TCC.

We have 15 years experience working with all types of computer systems and networks. It can be the smallest problem or a big problem and we will treat it the same. We always say, the smallest problem to one person is the biggest to the next person! We treat each person with respect and we honor their privacy.

We strive to have every repair done the same day or the next day at the latest. Without you, there is no us

History

Established in 1998.

We started the business while I was attending USC in California obtaining my Master’s in Computer Science. We offer On-​site service and we have a wonderful store so I can offer the right service to everyone.
