Same Day Auto Scratch & Dent Repair

My brand new Genesis was damaged in a local car wash, leaving a dent in the vehicle just above the drivers door. The car was company was very help and made arrangements to have Same Day repair the dent. Same Day was very flexible and set an appointment to repair the dent at my home on a day that I was working remotely. Cap arrived on time and let me know that the dent was in an area that could not be removed by pop-​ing it out. He assured me he could fix it and it would look great. The solution would require some paint and would be backed by their lifetime guarantee. Cap took great care of my vehicle — masking off and covering much of the vehicle to protect the rest of it while he went to work. His van had a retractable canopy that also covered my car while he worked. I checked on the progress a few times and Cap was always friendly and shared with me how things where going. In the end the results where amazing! Not only is the dent no longer visible, but the paint matched the factory white perl perfectly. Cap took amazing care of my vehicle and the results where just as good as the factory paint job — I couldn’t have had a better repair even if I took it in to a shop. I’ve worked in the automotive industry for over 20 years and would happily recommend Same Day to any scratch and dent repair.

We got our service from Chris in their mobile repair group in Bellevue. It literally was the same day. We just bought our brand-​new SUV and was so excited and noticed that after a long drive there was a dent in the car. Erg. Not too happy. So I called Sameday. They gave me a very rough estimate of what it would take and I brought it to them within an hour after talking with them. They were able to take me right away and work and quality were exceptional. We actually went around the car because they have a very keen eye for detail. So I wanted to make sure that there wasn’t anything else that I missed. We noticed that there was another dent that they also took care of. Very happy with the service, and I would definitely recommend them.

My first mobile car repair experience with Same Day was awesome! The process is very easy. I called number and got a roughly quote. The quote was much cheaper than other companies that I spoke to. Then we scheduled a time at my location (don’t need to drive the car to the place). Jesse was the guy fixed my car and handled the whole process. He was a half hour late that day. I believed the traffic was bad on Friday morning. My car had some scratches in the front and back bumpers and some small dents everywhere. Jesse spent almost five hours had my car fixed. There were two places that Jesse told me he can’t fix perfectly because that required extra painting, so it turned out the scratches were still there. But every where else are perfect. I am the kind of person who would rather you ding and scratch me than my cars. So having a dent repair person that understands my unique (or maybe not) perspective on cars is very important for me. In the history of car ownership, I have owned Lamborghinis, Porsches, and rare collectables. And every time, I park the car in the furthest spot and walked the ½ mile to the mall. To be honest, sometimes I just call über and leave my cars at home.
So, naturally I felt like a piece of my heart literally left my body when I discovered that my brand new Porsche Macan Turbo had a ding on it. A few months ago, my wife also dinged my daily driver, an Audi TTRS. Both cars were taken care of by Chris and he did the following that I really appreciate.
First, he kept constant contact w/​me, even before the repair. Second, he is proactive and looked for other areas of damage, sends me pictures, then fixes them if needed. Third, and most importantly, he understands how I see cars. It’s not just a vehicle for going point to point. He takes care of my cars personally, from receiving to delivering, even including personally washing of the vehicles.
The only regret I have is that I didn’t know about Chris and Same Day Repair earlier. Would’ve saved me from many nights of staying awake at night with nightmares that depict images of my cars with dings on them.

I got service from Same Day from their Bellevue/​Kirkland mobile service. I was able to schedule an appointment just 3 days after I initially contacted them. The repair itself took only about a few hours. Their initial estimate was spot on. And the nice guy who did the repair (Morgan) also washed my car. The damage was completely gone and the whole car looked as shiny and nice as I’ve ever seen it. See photos for a before and after pic!

Chris at Same Day is as good as it gets. I had a ding/​crease on my Porsche Cayenne and some curb rash on one of my wheels. Within 90 minutes he had repaired both so you would never be able to tell that anything had happened. He is truly a craftsman with the way he works. Even more important, he is pleasant, honest and great to work with. Great combination of exceptional work and a terrific human being.

I backed into a mailbox that left a small dent and two scratches on my hatchback. I contacted Same Day in Fife on Monday and they had me scheduled in for Tues. Don came to my office, picked up my car and delivered it to me by 4PM that day looking brand new. He even fixed some rock chips on my front hood. I could not be happier with the finished product, these guys are fantastic. I now have a place I feel comfortable with repairing small dents and dings. Definitely would recommend this company!

Fast, and did an amazing job on my scratched up door on my Honda pilot, Cameron is the best in the biz! Extremely courteous and great communication. Looks like new again and he fixed it in under an hour.

Had a dent in the front fender. Called Monday. Took it in to Olympia Tuesday at 9am. Picked it up at 12:30. Great work. I opted to not have it repainted and it’s still great.

Wow, wish i knew about these guys years ago. Would have saved my insurance rates. Cap came out the same day I called, worked on the car in my driveway, fixed other rock chips, etc that weren’t even requested and it looks like new. Can’t tell the damage ever happened.

Someone dinged and scratched the my driver side passenger door in an unusual spot .not your ordinary car door ding but what seemed to be by something that could have been done by a swinging car seat, stroller or something else that was carelessly carried. My insurance wouldn’t cover something like that because it was less than the deductible, so I was going to be out of pocket on this one.
People have no idea of personal financial situations. I can’t really afford car repair of this type yet some schmoe is careless of other my property to damage it. Really some freaking nerve.
I know whoever did it had to know they hit my car because it had to make some kind of noise. I bet they got the heck out of dodge for fear of being seen. I have choice words for people like them.
Anyway, soon as I came home I contacted my car dealership asking of they could suggest someone who does a good job for my kind of vehicle scar.
I called these guys but they weren’t available on a Sunday so on Monday Don Livingston called me back. I explained what happened, took pics and asked if I could text them over so he could quote me a price for repair.
He reviewed the pics I texted him, messaged me back and said it was a peculiar spot near a bend in the door and not on the flat surface which would require special care with some special sized rollers. Apparently if you get a ding or dent just hope it’s the flat part of the door and not where mine was located.
It was going to cost me just over $ 200 plus tax. I couldn’t stand looking at it every single day so I made the appointment for the following day.
Lucky for me the scratched area was not as deep as we initially thought, and the blue paint was easily wiped away with a solution. You couldn’t tell there was ever any ding and scratch when the repair was complete. I wasn’t going to be able to wait for Don to do the repair, he was able to drive me home and pick me up, but that was only because I lived so close.
Dons repair location was here in Fife WA next to the Nissan of Fife Dealership, so I was happy he was about 1 mile from me. Their main office is in Olympia and they have a different profile for that location. I had to create a profile specific for the here.
Don was done with the fix in about 1.5−2 hours.

Highly recommend them if you have rock chips, scratches, and dings. I know I would use them again.

Again Cap came to fix my car… I need to be better about parking.

Pete came out last week to fix some major scratches on my 2011 Volkswagen Touareg. He was incredibly communicative, calling me back within an hour of submitting a photo for an estimate with a price and a date he could come out and fix it.
Day of he called me in the morning to confirm, and showed up at my office on time. He and his helper (whose name I cannot remember) were extremely friendly and clearly took pride in their work. It showed in the finished product. I came out multiple times to check on progress and to see how their process worked.
The bumper now looks 100% perfect and the cost was extremely reasonable. The level of service that Pete and Sameday provided exceeded my expectations in all ways. Such a good experience I was motivated to sign up for Unilocal and post a positive review.

These guys are fantastic and my small dent caused by a negligent driver was fixed without costly repainting/​treatment. So bargain aside, I would highly recommend them for repair based on service level and professionalism. A++++

These guys were great. I called got a quote over the phone they got my car in right away washed my car and got the dent repaired. They were very professional. They even buffed out an area on that same side & didn’t charge me! Not to mention went out to my car after i had mention a few little marks to have them look at from hwy driving. They went in got a rag and cleaner. Bam she looks beautiful again!!! Thanks guys you rock! Beats my deductible & insurance increase. $ 244.80 out the door! Happy girl for sure!

Anybody that uses same day is not a real car guy or knows what they’re looking at spot jobs are not recommended by the manufacture and their color match is not very good you’re much better off going to a body shop and having the job done right!!! If you own a Lamborghini why would you have your car painted outside where there’s bugs dust and dirt. Look at the spot in front of the door handle

Chris and his team are amazing. I was preparing my 2008 R32 with 90k miles for sale and hired Chris to get it as close to original as possible. I was simply stunned by the work they did and how much they were able to improve the overall look, while matching the paint exactly. The bumper looks like they replaced it with a new one and I could not have asked for better results. Their professionalism was evident in the way they communicated the work they would be completing, the tools they bring to the work site, and the final walk through. Chris is a magician. My Shelby had a dent by one of the rear wheel wells that others said couldn’t be fixed without bondo and paint. Chris came to my house and within two hours had my car looking perfect — with original paint, not touch-​ups, new paint or bondo! I was astounded and I still can’t believe what he did.
If you need a dent repaired these guys are the first you should call. Courteous, professional and absolutely outstanding results.

Jesse came out to our home and repaired an eye-​sore of a scratch on the left front bumper of our Mercedes. The quality of the work is excellent, in that any evidence of the scratch is gone. Very professional, and very convenient.
I hope I’ll never have to need his services again, but if I do, I know I’ll have someone I can trust to do a great job.
