This is where I went for my ortho many years ago! I really had a great experience here!
I went back a few years ago because I lost my retainer. I wanted a Hawley retainer, but they would only let me get a plastic one… :(bummer. That’s worth one star off.

An office centered on kid’s comfort and sensibilities. The Disney-​themed office is cute and well presented throughout the office. The patient chairs are like a production line, but when you want to get your kid in & out quickly you will appreciate its efficiency. The staff is well trained for orthodontic & customer care. The staff seems to enjoy working here.
After you get over the shock of the total bill, you’ll enjoy making your kids smile a perfect one!

The staff really cares about you, and they try their best to work around your schedule for appointments. Everyone makes you feel at ease the moment you walk in, and they listen and understand you vs. just trying to get you in and out. I would recommend this office to anyone interested in orthodontic treatment, I feel they are the best in the area!

It’s been about ten years since I first started going to Dr Alexander and its done wonders for my teeth. I started when I was about 10 years old. It’s a very kid friendly place with its cartoon theme and when I was younger doctors and dentist use to scare me but I felt well taken care of here. If you have a kid who worries and is afraid like I was they will be in good hands here. I had braces for four years and then finally got them off! But a year later my bottom jaw grew so my teeth didn’t match up anymore. I needed braces again but there was no way my family could afford it. But since I had been going for so long and my sister is also getting her braces there they offered me braces that I needed for the second time free of charge. They really are looking out for the patients best interest and they are very helpful. In 6 months when I finally get my braces off for the second time I am confident that I will have a beautiful smile once again! :)

As soon as you walk in, the place is warm and inviting. The staff is amazing and the doctor knows what he’s doing. I started out with really crooked teeth and now my teeth are virtually straight. If you think getting braces cost too much… think again. Their caring staff works out a great payment plan just for you. I was scared at first but the amazing assistants know how to calm you down and make the process pain free. You’ve tried the rest, now go to the best!
