All the girls here are so sweet & welcoming. Kapow was my nail tech & she’s amazing. She takes her time & my nails always look great. I have never had them lift or break. I went to her for about 10 months & am very sad that I moved from Washington & no longer have her as my nail tech. I will say I pay a lot more here than in other nail places, but it’s worth it. You get what you pay for.

This place was great. I had a pedicure there last night, my first in a long time, and even though I was 20 minutes late for my appointment due to traffic and having a hard time finding it, they were still able to fit me in and do the pedicure. The place is clean and the massage chairs for the pedicures are new and comfortable. I’d highly recommend this place. I’ll be going back for sure to get pedicures in the future.

They do a great job with pedis & you even get to take home the files & spacers they use on you!

Been in the area for a year now. Have been maintaining acrylic nails but after I had an infected nail for the second time now I decide to go back to gel nails. Kaochi was able to squeeze me in with no appointment (appointments are preferred), and let me tell you this girl knows what she is doing!!! I am very picky when it comes to my nails but this young lady is very talented and this salon is keeping a very happy customer:-)

My first time here. I called ahead (thank you Unilocal review that recommended that) They are busy. I can see why. They are friendly and their work is GREAT. My appointment started at 6, they close at 7, and at no time did I feel rushed out or in the way, even though I didn’t get done until almost 8. I wanted art on all 10 fingers and she did a very nice spring flower French. I will be going back for a pedi and follow-​up fills.

Love this place :) I always have a hard time finding a nail salon I love. They have your best interest in your nails, they’re so sweet and do an awesome job! Also nice calm environment :) I broke a nail, so going today to get it fixed and I’ll post a pic after ! My new nail salon after moving to Oly, feels good :)

Love this place, it was my first time going today and I got a full set, and I must say they are perfect! Kapow did my nails and she is amazing, very precise, perfect. This place is a must go plus they speak english! Which is amazing, right? Anyways everyone should try atleast once, plus they do not use acrylic!

Read all the great reviews and decided to give this place a try… my 9 year old daughter and I walked in and got sat right away for gel manicures. Ladies are very friendly and did a great job! We were in and out in less than 45 minutes! My kind of place! We will be going back. nothing fancy but clean and welcoming.

I cannot believe it. Maybe only in Washington that they actually turn people away. They said they didn’t have time and there is a whole hour and a half left before they close. Pathetic! That’s okay your loss is another business’ gain. I will never come back!

Very friendly and clean place. I’ve been to dozens of salons and i highly recommend this one! There was 4 of us and we all got mani and pedis.

I love this salon! I’ve been to a few places in town that have been ok, and some that have been terrible. This is the first salon that I actually look forward to going to.
The quality of the work they do is unparalleled. Between the work they’ve done on my nails, and the work I’ve seen from friends that go, it is by far the most intricate and unique designs.
Another positive factor is how sweet the girls are that work there. They always have funny stories and are genuinely interested in getting to know their customers.
A few words to the wise:
1. The location is a bit difficult to find. The first time I went I drove past it 3 times before realizing where it was. It’s in the same little plaza as Labor Ready and Mikes Meats and Seafood, and is right next to another salon.
2. The best way to ensure you get the quality work you want, make an appointment. They will also ask you how many designs you want on how many nails, so if you have an idea in mind be prepared when you call.

Needed one nail fixed. It said walk ins were welcome. About 3 pm they told me to come back in about an hour or I can wait. No thanks! I needed my nail done quickly for an appt. I been on a business trip for the past 2 weeks. I didn’t have time to wait an hour because I had a meeting at 5:30. I explained this, yet she just blew me off. Studio 7 hire more workers or don’t advertise walk ins if you can’t keep up with clientele. Disappointed 110%.

Love love LOVE this place! Just moved into town found them on Unilocal and made an appointment for a gel manicure. Kaochi is the bomb! I am very picky and particular about my nails and she went above and beyond. She is amazing, I’ve already scheduled my next visit. AND they have a military discount which is great!

Kapow takes her time and does a lovely job, not rough at all, and takes pride in her work. That time flew by as we chatted and watched a show together. Love it here!

I had the best experience here this weekend for our pre-​wedding mani/​pedis. The staff was so nice and did such a great job on our nails. I could not have been happier with my gel nail set — looked just like the Pinterest photos I brought in! We had a total of 6 people and they were able to accommodate all of us in a timely fashion. Very comfortable massage chairs and had Bride & Prejudice playing while we were there — so fun!

They need to update their site because they are providing false information. They state no appointment needed but when I got their they made it seem like you do. They state they do acrylic nails but when I got there they told me they only do gel fillset for $ 55. Very bothered! I feel like I can’t find a descent respectable place to get my nails done. How I miss NY. They only get a star cause I’m force to in order to post.

Come to the best nail salon there is! You will enjoy your visit! Saff is very nice and experienced! They take their time to make sure you get exactly what you came for. This salon only does gel, no acrylic. I had never heard of gel before and was a little worried about it but the end results were amazing. I’ll never go back to acrylic or to a different nail salon. For the best experience you should make an appointment as their appointments will be served before walk-​ins.

I purchased the $ 29 for $ 39 deal and walked in the same day without an appointment. Here are my pros and cons:
Pros:
1. Very clean if not a little shabby. As other reviewers mentioned they do appear to use new tools for everyone. While she was painting my toes, she ran bleach through the lines, to see everything being cleaned was nice enough that I didn’t bitch about the fumes.
2. The paint and shaping were well done. See the cons for dealing with color selection.
3. Not to sound like a jerk, but there were zero issues with language barriers. I have allergies so I HATE going places that can’t understand what I’m saying.
Cons:
1. I walked in with a very simple Pinterest picture of a design I wanted which clearly depicted the design on all 10 finger nails. When it came time to apply the design she had assumed I wanted it on 1 finger on each hand… Huh? When I explained her error, she said she didn’t have time. Had I known that I would have chosen an entirely different color as the one I had was very plain to complement the design.
2. MANY people calling in for appointments were turned away for as much as a few days later. There were only 3 ladies there, if they are so popular, add staff! They have tons of unused stations. Maybe if they had more people they could have managed the simple design I wanted.
3. It was frigid in there. I mean painful tata cold. I mentioned it, but no one did anything.
4. They played the TV pretty loud and it was distracting.
Overall, I might go back because the service was ok and my polish lasted a good long while. It is really the environment and feeling of being rushed that might keep me away.
