T Spa Nails

I wish I could give this place minus 5 stars. They are EXTERMLY RUDE! I have never experienced such awful customer service and deliberate rudeness.

The last two times I’ve gone here have been great! I get the gel and it lasts for more than 3 weeks. Tanya did my nails most recently and She is fast, talented, very friendly and it was fun talking to her. I avoid going to this place during mid day on the weekends because it is crazy busy. (Also as an observation– there are more high maintenance whiney customers in the salon during peak time which has in the past put a damper on my bliss out «treat yo self time» Best time is after 3 on a weekday :)

I’ve been coming here for the last ten years. I’ve never complained once. I understand no one is perfect, and I had been content coming here. After today I will never back. I went in almost three weeks ago and had my nails done, really cool galaxy nails. I was excited to show them off everywhere. Until one nail broke off two days after they were done. I tried to glue it back on and make it work. Until my thumb nails middle finger and ring finger started pealing up and when I washed my hair, it got caught under the nails. I had to get my nails done again just barely a week and a half after I had got the done, this was 8 days ago. Today I walked into T Spa with my mom and grandma to get a pedicure as we’ve done for the last ten years. I explained to the lady I got these nails done a week ago, a light pink color, which was looking very dingy already. I asked just to have the color changed and the lady told me «no look like two weeks» and I said well it was just a week ago I really don’t need a fill I just would like a different color. And she said «no I cannot do it look more like two weeks» shook her head and me and said she can only do it if I get a fill. She practically called me a liar. After ten years of coming to the same salon. I am completely offended, and will never pay another penny to TSpa ever again.

Don’t ignore the poor reviews! Nails look good. Told employee I wanted a regular fill and pointed out the coupon I wanted to use from the Val-​Pak mailing. Told her again when she handed me the colors to choose from. Told her again before she started. Was then charged $ 12 more than I planned based on the coupon. Even after I paid she continued to argue with me. Finally told her to stop arguing with me because I had paid. Then my sister went to pay, showing her student ID to use a coupon. We were told that her college ID didn’t count. Had to demand they hand the coupon back to show them it said college ID before they accepted it. Bottom line: avoid this place!

I know better than to go here but thought I would give it a try again as it’s the closest nail salon to my work. I did get right in on my lunch which was a plus. But the technician was so rude, stopped doing my nails to schedule her furniture delivery… The gel on 3 of my nails bubbled up and to top it all off it was $ 38… for a gel full set in Olympia? That’s crazy.

T Spa nails is one of the best. Many would disagree with me, but I will share my reasoning.
First of all, T Spa is quick, but not rushed. Every experience I have had generally has limited wait time and efficient service. If you are looking for a long, careful massage and an extremely relaxing experience, I recommend you go to a high-​end salon and pay double to triple the cost. If you are looking for a quality manicure and pedicure T Spa is your place.
One benefit T Spa offers is their amazing selection of gel polish. They have every shade and color imaginable. Tip: be careful of the brand you choose and ask your technician if they reccommend it. Some of the polish brands just don’t have the longevity.
I always have a great result at T Spa. If you don’t set your expectations too high, you will be very pleased. It «is what it is» and they do a great job at what they do.

Walked in super busy guy started the water right away but then walked away tub almost overflowed then cap came off of fan to spin water after almost 30 mins a nice young lady came over fixes it and started whirlpool for pedicure.
They have two different pedicures a regular for 21 seems pretty standard and one for 35 includes hot stone and parifin wax dip
I choose the regular due to having a time line and found the young lady to do a good job. The foot /​leg massage you are supposed to receive was short and you could barely consider it a massage. I was disappointed in that part. She was very gentle maybe it’s just me but when I get a foot rub I need it to be a deeper/​harder massage.
The second service I got was underarm waxing I have sensitive underarms who doesn’t right but the had the same gal who did my feet take care of my armpits and she was timid at first but made sure to do a great job. I liked that the same gal who did my pedi did my waxing

Ok place. First time here and at first I was in love with how big it was and how quick my friend and I got in for two pedicures. Two stars because they never asked which package I wanted which really bothered me they just assumed I wanted the cheapest package. They seemed like they were in a hurry as well so my favorite part (the massage!) was probably a whole two minutes per foot. Sucky. Probably won’t be back. Only two stars because atleast my toe nails look nice.

It was obvious she was rushing and my nails aren’t squared they are rounded at the top. I asked for squared. Should’ve been better for $ 40

I’m a little disappointed in the service I received and the way my cuticles look for how much I paid. I do really love my actual nails though. They did a great job on that part. But doesn’t a manicure usually include cleaning up of the cuticles? They were REALLY busy when I went in so that could have been part of it. I probably won’t be going back to this location.

I have been in twice now and both times I was deeply under satisfied. I gave it two stars because it is clean and they didn’t hurt me and did their job competently but my design was terrible. I came in with very basic designs and both times they were unable to do them even close to what I was asking for. For example I asked for two stripes on my nails and they did my whole finger in stripes even though I asked them to fix it. They had a second nail artist come over and she was unable to do it as well. It was also very difficult to communicate with them and they were not very friendly or talkative in general.

They did an amazing job taking care of everything. My daughter really enjoyed the kids chair and had a great experience.

They did a fabulous job on my eyebrows for a base fee of 8 dollars plus tip– They are clean, fast and to the point– no chit chat, which I kinda weirdly appreciate. They do everything fast– but they do it with quality. My brows are even and look amazing. I knocked a star off because they have NO personality, but it’s not that big of a deal. The guy at the counter when I first walked in spoke perfect English and was absolutely full of personality, he was super nice. I will definitely keep coming back to this place. I would recommend it to anyone.

I am rating it 4 stars because my nails turned out awesome! I mean, the best nail art and best-​looking nails I’ve yet receive. The experience, although, was not 5 star worthy. They rush you in and out, the lady doing my nails didn’t say but two words to me, and I was left awkwardly waiting there waiting for my nails to dry for almost 45 minutes. It was my first time here and it was very busy. My only suggestion would be to up the costumer service.

Was having a girls day made an appointment waited and hour to get started then asked me three times if I liked the color I chose. The only good part is the gel lasted longer than other places. Probably wouldn’t go back

Wish I could give ZERO stars. I came here on my birthday, hoping for a relaxing mani/​pedi. Instead, I got a rushed, incredibly rude woman who gave me the messiest polish job ever. I was pretty shocked at how poor my experience was. I kept thinking it couldn’t get worse, and it KEPT getting worse. Almost complete lack of massage (she basically applied lotion for less than 30 seconds).
I’m really bummed, as I feel like this was a total waste of my time and money. Never again.

I was quoted a price of $ 35 as the woman is applying the last coat of gel she informed me the price was now $ 50 she did a good job nothing special i’ve gotten the same service done at several other places average cost is $ 20-​$ 35 I have never been charged over $ 35 I would not recommend this place nor would I ever return to this place definitely was not full disclosure

I’ve been here several times, and I’ve never left disappointed. They do a great job, keeping the pain to a minimum (water temperature, cuticle clean-​up, etc.). Prices are a tad on the pricey side, but you get what you pay for. I’m happy to continue using this salon! My only critique, and I may be a terrible person for saying this, I wish I could understand them a bit better. They are always polite, but I sometimes struggle to understand what they say and what it is they are asking.

I don’t get my nails done a lot, but wanted to have pretty nails when I went to my bro-​in-​laws wedding in Korea. I made an appointment with Tonya. She did an amazing job! I asked for white tips lined with silver and silver bows. PERFECT! I will keep this place in mind the next time I need my nails done.

My cousin (Trang) works here so I’m a little biased — she’s absolutely AMAZING with the nail art (reference the photo I added). She’s very creative and can surprise you with a fun design or you can bring in a photo from pinterest and she’ll replicate it.
I came to the salon just as they opened (9:30) on a Thursday. I was surprised by how large the salon was. By 9:45, the ENTIRE place was packed; literally every pedicure chair was taken and they have like 15 chairs! On a Thursday morning! Don’t people work?! (I was home for vacation.)
The salon was well lit and clean. The ladies spoke English well enough. Yes, they do chatter quite a bit in Vietnamese. In my experience, across all the salons I’ve been to, I’ve only heard the pedicurists talk about a customer ONCE and that was to remark on her super hot body. I know it can make customers feel uneasy when they don’t understand the language around them, but keep in mind that these salons serve as a mini-​village to the Vietnamese women. It’s an outlet for them to be social and discuss their lives and family. It’s extremely rare that they are talking about you. I do not look particularly Vietnamese so I’ve sat in many a salon and just listened to them talk without them knowing I understand them.
Bottom line: I had a wonderful experience here. I would definitely come again and highly recommend it to others.
