Works for me. Easy to get to. Drive up is great when rx is all I need from them. Delivery trucks are almost always in the way when I use drive up. Design problem.

This review is just on their pharmacy. If they don’t have your medications brand, they just give you what they have. My script was for a certain birth control brand, and they give me something that of course was not my brand. When I asked why, they said they don’t have a contract with the brand I wanted. What?! Stop letting money fuel your contracts

I was in Shelton, WA for a business trip. Unfortunately, I came down with a gout attack. Took a while to clear things up with my out of state medical coverage, but the people here were very friendly and helpful. Bottom line… They tried their best to help me not pay out of pocket, for that I am grateful.

Great store. Very clean. They had everything I needed. Exactly what I expect from a Walgreens.

Friendly faces, great hours, and a sweet proper photo lab that processes film! Where else can you find that anymore? The store is located on the busiest intersection in town, which makes getting in and out kind of a bummer, but you can’t beat the staff or the hours. In West Olympia, this is the only drugstore for me.

This is my go to pharmacy and I think they do a good job. Yes, sometimes there is a line and a wait, but I’ve never heard anyone complain. They know me by name and are familiar w my needs. Puzzled by all the bad reviews. Lot of haters out there. These people have pretty challenging customer service jobs – they have to be very calm and deliberate under pressure when handling orders that could be life or death.

The Tumwater Walgreens pharmacy has the worst customer service I have experienced from anywhere… ever! I am transferring my prescriptions elsewhere and encouraging everyone I know to do the same.

Ok so im constantly at this walgreens like once a day sometimes twice. Annette is one of the cashiers she is so friendly and helpful and always there, she is always in a good mood and every single time im in line and someone walks in she knows who it is. There are alot of regulars i guess, me being one of them. All of the cashiers for the most part are really friendly i used to get my prescriptions at the pharmacy but they dont accept my insurance anymore, but im still always stopping in they have great deals and i love rackikg up those points i have like $ 30 in points haha. I have only had one person be rude to me that works there and i believe she is a manager, she was a complete bword but Annette makes up for it.

The pharmacy is a joke. Finally took my Rx. Business to another location. 25 minutes in line. Only 1 tech working both the window and counter.

Ok, I had a bad experience last month. Everyone makes mistakes. I’m back again, so they must be doing something right.
They remember our names in the pharmacy which adds a small town touch to a national chain. Lesson learned: allow enough time for meds to be filled.

Normally, my experience here has been satisfactory.
However, I’m fuming!
I dropped off a prescription last Saturday, and was told the drug would be ordered Sunday for Wednesday. I never got the call, so I checked this Saturday and was told today that the drug wasn’t ordered until Thursday. No reason given and the manager isn’t available. I wouldn’t make a big deal about it except it’s pain meds for a cancer patient. I can’t go to another pharmacy because you can’t transfer pain med scripts once they’ve been delivered. I’m in a pharmacy hostage situation.
Don’t promise something if you can’t deliver! I would fill out one of your pathetic surveys except I don’t think it would change your ability to give me an answer. Why wasn’t I called on Wed to let me know that the script wasn’t ordered for whatever reason?
PS I’ve never given a 1-​star review before but I am so disappointed, not with the error, but with the lame «the manager will be in on Monday, but I’ll leave a post-​it for her, so she can call you» customer service.
Where’s Rite-​Aid?! Even Wal-​Mart is sounding better.

Worst customer service ever in the pharmacy. The overweight brunette in her 20’s was just a b*tch. They should fire her. Not only did she huff at me, she also rolled her eyes. As soon as I was done with my prescription pickup, she left the pharmacy and went out into the store. I’m guessing she was waiting to go on a break, and was pissed off she had a customer. I’m switching pharmacies to Costco. They can thank Walgreens for the business. I’ll also be recommending to my friends and family, to go elsewhere.

Bright lights, unflattering complexion, awkward silence.
This is my typical experience in any drug store I find myself in the misfortune to be in. This Walgreens is no different. You’ll find me here for two reasons.
It’s November 1^st and all the Halloween candy and spooky flare is heavily discounted. We are talking 75% off here people. Where can one find cheaper candy corn, pirate eye patches, and goblin shaped pencil erasers in a one stop shop?
Reason number two has to do with my unhealthy obsession with overly processed frozen pizzas. Namely Jacks frozen pizza. Which can’t be found anywhere on the West coast accept in this particular Walgreens for some reason. So if I am in the neighboorhood I’ll stock up!
So there you have it. Only go here if you need pizza or candy.
Nuff’ said.

I think I will never ever coming to this Walgreens ever again. I had the worst customer service ever. This girl I asked for help for finding coin rolls because I could not find them were they usually are at some other Walgreens told me to go find it myself that she was to busy for me. When she turned around I got to see the fist letter of her name which was K and this was back in January. I could not believe how rude she was. I told her I looked where it usually is at some other Walgreens. She told me that well this is Walmart where we say How may I help you on our backs. I could not believe that. I walked out and went somewhere else to get what I needed. For I will never ever come to this Walgreens ever again if she is still working there.

Their pharmacy is terrible. I called because they gave me a bottle with a white powder residue inside but the pills were capsules. They said oh just take them, they should be fine. Seriously? Ever heard of cross contamination? Turned out just to be an exploded capsule in the bottom but they really should have had me bring in the bottle to be checked out. I will never use them again.

I used to go here until they stopped accepting my insurance.
Now, there’s no real problem with this Walgreens, but there’s nothing that makes them stand out.
Anytime I picked up prescriptions for myself back in the day, there was always a wait– even if I’d called in, no matter if I went inside or used the pick up window.
Nowadays, I pick up prescriptions for my elderly neighbor, and half the time they don’t have them ready by the time they say they would, or misunderstood her when she called in.
Not sure if it’s her error or theirs, but it’s unsettling either way.
The cold foods area is almost always in disarray, some products have dust on them in other areas…
Overall, mehhhh… I prefer Rite-​Aid.

This review is for the pharmacy. Does it really take 25 minutes to drop off a prescription at the drive-​up window? In an economy like this one, maybe you guys should hire a tech that has better customer service skills. Call me a grinch, but cooing at a baby in the other car should not take precedence over everything else. certainly not for 25 minutes.
