History

Established in 2013.

Heather started in real estate back in 2001 with Coldwell Banker Bain in Seattle, Washington. She quickly rose to the top and was recognized as ranking in the top 2% of agents nationwide with her company Urban Living Seattle. Heather moved back to the Olympia area where she established Williams Stoffle Real Estate specifically to help buyers and sellers in the South Puget Sound.

Originally from California, Heather grew up in the Central Coast town of Los Osos before moving to Olympia, Washington in 1989. Since relocating to Washington, Heather has lived all over the Puget Sound area from waterfront homes in West Olympia, vintage craftsman’s and authentic loft spaces in Seattle to acreage in Shelton. Heather understands the different types of housing, neighborhoods and lifestyles that the Puget Sound offers and that her clients want.

Heather also holds a degree in International Communications and Computer Science from The Evergreen State College and has over 15 years of experience in marketing and public relations.
