Called and set up for a locksmith to come and unlock my apartment. I was told the technician would arrive in 15 minutes. Waited over an hour, called again and was told that the technician would be called again but should be arriving shortly.
Well he never showed up and we never heard from them again.
Had to end up calling another place to come unlock my door and was completely ripped off by them so needless to say, my night wasn’t stellar.
