AA American Heating and Air Conditioning

Never did hear from Erik. Have gotten 2 messages on Facebook and Unilocal from other dissatisfied customers. Scamming others and taking advantage of the elderly seems to be a common theme and apparently plenty of ex-​employees of his have quit due to his unscrupulous work ethic. There has even been talk of doing a Channel 7 «7 on your side» to warn people about this company. I sure hope they do because this guy needs to be exposed.

I recently had a drain pipe become clogged which caused both the heat and air not to work. Michael was dispatched in a timely manner and was very thorough in repairing the problem and explaining what I could do to prevent the problem in the future. They were there for approximately 2 ½ hours and the bill at $ 255.00 was a bit more than I was anticipating but they did a good job in a timely manner.

THese people are ruthless. THey have been out several times, each time saying things like «its your venting» or «your A/​C is to small for your house» «a/​c needs cleaned» Really??? how is that possible my house didn’t grow and for some reason just 2 years ago my house would be so cold in the summer I would have to use blankets. Their excuse last year was «your duct work» they massacred it, it looks like they took a can opener to it. This year they are saying because there are holes in the duct work the air is escaping!!! REALLY you people are the reason it has holes in it!!! The reason I had continue to use these idiots is because of my Home Warranty forces me to. NOw they want $ 90.00 for coming out and not doing anything except more arguing, $ 90.00 is not my copay. These people are scammers!!! IF you are from AA AMERICAN HEATING AND AIR you need to change your policies and stop ripping people off. Maybe get some people that know what they are doing!

My home warranty partners with AA American and I have been very pleased with their work and customer service. I previously used Burton Plumbing and was always unhappy with their work, prices and level of service. AA American is there on time, always friendly and honest!
