We got our 2009 car here in 2011. We have had NOTHING but issues with it, especially when we first got it. We have stuck so much money into this car that we aren’t going to get rid of it. In the four years we’ve had it, we’ve put over $ 1,000 into it fixing issues alone, and we’ve had some of the same issues pop up more than once. They can’t fix anything right. It isn’t worth much, and to make it worse, the car was more expensive than some BRANDSPANKINGNEWCARSWITHOUTANYISSUES. And to top that, the lady in the office is a dink. She’s SO rude and VERY disrespectful to customers. They also don’t get ANYTHING done in a timely manner. They must figure that since we have two cars, we don’t need my moms car. Yes, we actually DO! So quit being idiots over there and do your job. Don’t EVER deal with Archer Perdue! November/December of 2015: my mom took her car in and they took TWOWEEKS to fix the car since it wouldn’t start, and blamed us for jumping the car wrong. Then they have parts to order, and NEVER called us to tell us the parts were in. My mom and I both have jobs. My mom took her car in this morning and said she’d need a rental car before 4pm. She has to be at work at 5pm, and they don’t seem to care and they’ll rush it or wait until the last second. They don’t know what they’re talking about at all, and they are selfish jerks who LOVE to lie to your face and mess up your holiday!

Horrible experience. Drove several cars for a couple of days and kept getting reassured cars were in our range. Third car, we were told would be more but only $ 50/MO outside our range. Go back in to look at paperwork, it was $ 150/MO outside our range, loved the car, disappointed in the lies. I hate the car buying game and will go somewhere I haven’t got to play it.

SERIOUSLY!!! I just got the truck back from the shop and found out that it had NEVER been tuned up. It’s a 2005 with low mileage, but still needs a tune up… Salesman told me that they had tuned it up in their shop. The shop i just got the truck back from said it looked like it had NEVER been tuned up. The guys at this dealership are liars.

So Perdue himself lied to us when we bought a car from this dealership. I bought a Suzuki from them back in 2006. Our sales person, Mike(I think his name was) was nice enough. I guess my first indication that I shouldn’t have bought a car here came when we were test driving it and the salesperson asked if we wanted to buy it(we did) today and said that another salesperson had other people coming in that evening to buy it. Cool, so you’re just gonna stab your co-worker in the back? Nice. Anyway, the car appeared to be fine. We bought it. Huzzah. Everything was nice until the next day I go to work and come out to leave and my car wouldn’t start. Uh-Oh. Anyway, my partner gets in contact with the dealership and informs them that the car would be coming back the next day. We don’t want to deal with constant break downs Perdue then comes out to my place of work at night and looks at the car. I was actually kind of impressed by that. Anyway as it turns out the battery was dead. He told he would replace it for free. Awesome. Anyway at this point I had become slightly weary of the car and was looking at the documents that came with it. We were told directly by Perdue himself that the bank who financed us told them that they required us to get the extra warranty on the car. After talking to my partner about it we decided that sounded stupid and called the bank directly. As it turns out, they did NOT in fact require ANY extra insurance/warranty/etc… So yes, Mr. Perdue himself lied to our faces. Classy guy, right? Also, Suzuki’s are awful cars. the Suzuki we bought from them in 2006 is now dead. What’s even more sad is that we hadn’t even put 20,000 miles on it. It was not our primary car, but we kept up on the maintenance on it. One day it made a loud bang, nearly started on fire, and the engine is screwed. The car itself has depreciated to such a low value that it is not worth fixing. We are now in the market for a new car and guess where we aren’t going? Here. I will NEVER, EVER shop at any place with Perdues name on it. It’s one thing to be lied to or manipulated by a sales person, but it’s a whole other ugly beast when the OWNER will stand there and lie to your face. So in closing, Suzukis suck, this dealership sucks and Perdue can get bent.
