Came here because of the Unilocal reviews and they did not disappoint! The middle tail light was loose and pressed in/​broken off on my Dodge stratus and they saved me from buying a new part by creatively adhering it for free. They were fast, friendly, and did it on the spot! I will certainly be going back to them for future repairs!

Very impressed with customer service, quality of the repair, and the speed with which it was all done. Example: window broke wednesday night, estimate was done thursday morning (10 min total), part arrive friday and car repairer friday afternoon. ⁵⁄₅ will come back again.

You will be hard pressed to find a better place in town than Charlie Graham! Exceptional service! They treat their customers SO kindly!

Another shop said I needed almost $ 2,000 worth of work. The fixed everything for under $ 575. They are honest about what needs to be fixed. I had an appointment and they fixed everything before noon.

I’m driving to work my second week in town and decide to take a new route to work, i.e. a route where I don’t know the potholes to avoid them in advance. You see where this is going here. I hit a pothole going to fast on Farnam and I hear the air coming out of my tire immediately. I’m new to town and clueless as to what to do. I pull out my AAA card — it expired 2 weeks ago! Ugh. So, I go to the Iphone, find the nearest place that’s open at 7:30 and give them a call. I ask if they can take the car now and if they can send a truck if I can’t make it 6 blocks in. They can do both — and drive me to work! I barely make it in and they look at it right away. They offer to put on my spare, keep my tire, and send me off to work. A short time later, I get a call that it was just a bent rim and it’s bent back into place now — for something like $ 15! On top of that, I find out they work directly with State Farm, so they can fix up that scratch on the car I got from a ^*&() LA driver the week before moving to Omaha. They have my car now and are fixing it up — I never have to worry about the price. They are dealing directly with State Farm. Also, they set up my rental car with Hertz — I didn’t have to make a call or ever consider the cost in any way, shape, or form. They also have been totally responsive to my calls and have kept me updated on my car’s status by e-​mail. 4 ½ stars! The only reasons they don’t get 5 stars are that they had quite a wait to get the car in for body work (no real problem, since my car was only scratched up) and I had my bumper refinished right before the accident (due to another %*&(& LA driver) and the cost was less in LA — granted, I don’t have to pay for this, but if i was paying out of pocket, they’d loose more than half a star for that. Still, finding an auto place I can trust is priceless!
