I came in to have some general maintenance performed on my 2009 Kawsaki Ninja since I just purchased it from another owner. Their service department was absolutely solid. The prices were not nearly as bad as I thought they would be, and the «waiting area» was excellent (e.g. comfy booth chairs, free WiFi, free magazines, high def mini-​televisions, etc.). I certainly did not mind waiting. It took about 25 minutes for the full-​body maintenance check, and about 30 minutes to clean the entire chain and adjust the clutch cable. Among all that, the rep/​mechanic actually sits down with you in the booth to go over every facet of the check-​up, and provide insightful recommendations.

for the most part, a good buying experience. unfortunately I had an awkward experience where I was working and talking with a nice salesman named Danny, but a different salesman Kyle walked up and pretty much «stole» me from Danny acting as if we were already working together when we were not. actually, I had only called the day before to see if they still had a bike listed on the Internet and verify the price. Kyle just happened to answer the phone, I talked to him for literally 45 seconds. in that 45 seconds I felt our vibe was a little off and felt he was a little abrasive. so the next day, I head over to the dealership, I’m like «oh man, I sure hope I don’t have to work with that Kyle guy that answered the phone!» so anyways, it was awkward and I couldn’t think of an excuse fast enough to avoid Kyle when he came up to us when we were working with Danny then had us walk with him and basically «stole the sale» from Danny. it was painfully awkward, I later went back up to my initial salesman Danny and actually apologized. I am assuming these men work on commission, and felt bad that I actually did not put my foot down and tell Kyle that I wanted to continue working with Danny. truth be told, I was actually intimidated by kyle’s demeanor and didn’t want to say anything. I felt that Kyle was being what they call a «shark» if you know what I mean. other than the whole awkward and aggressive «I’m gonna be your salesman!» thing, Kyle was okay to work with, it was hard to fully enjoy the experience and recover from the awkwardness of the first 10 minutes of my visit and try and give Kyle a chance. I needed to make it a quick transaction and did end up buying my very first motorcycle. Since I just got my endorsement recently. I got myself a good starter bike with low miles at a decent price. I plan to upgrade next season, yippie! oh, just fyi. my bike didn’t have much gas in it when it was sold to me. you should probably check that and ask for them to fill er’ up when you buy it. I am, of course, new to the whole biking thing and after only 38 miles I was like «oh crap! my bike won’t start!» well duh. it’s on empty! this dealership would have probably gotten 5 stars had I not had the awkward salesman experience. I am confident that maybe if I do decide to go back when I upgrade, this will not happen a second time and I can give them a more positive review. I may or may not be back. I’ll sleep on that one. happy biking! vroom! vroom!

They provided friendly service to a first time buyer. You won’t get that «tough talk» salesmanship from their staff. Based on my buying my Honda from them I highly recommend them.
