Simms, the owner and founder of Diversified Management Services has 23 years of banking experience with lending expertise in Consumer Lending, Mortgage Financing and Credit Repair, he also has a vast knowledge in collections (1^st and 3^rd Party) but specializes in Court Award Judgments and Skip Tracing. D. M. Simms is a certified skip tracer as well as Collector. He is a member of ACA and familiar with all FCRA laws and a member of the National Judgment Network.
