It was one of those days where all the errands needed to be done before the start of school for my niece. My niece attends a private school where of course uniforms are required. The store is a pretty good size with a large number of uniforms from a variety of different schools. When we were looking through the school shorts and skirts it seemed as though the measurements for the skirts were inaccurate. When we went up to the desk to ask if they had a measuring tape to make sure the size 8 skirts were both the same the employee seemed lost and didn’t have a measuring tape on hand. Perhaps my expectations are too high but I think that a uniform store that also does embroidery would have a tape measure to make sure that the right size is purchased. When we weren’t able to measure the skirts for accurate size we went back to the aisle to find a different size. It was about 20 minutes until worker came up to use and asked for help. We were able to find a few items here but the service needs a little bit of tweaking especially towards the start of school. I also suggest that there should be tape measurers on hand in the even that skirts that are labeled the same size are significantly different like our experience.
