I was sceptical. I purchased from Event Tickets Sales by accident via a redirct url. after realizing I bought from a broker, I was worried and began reading all the ripoff reports and other reviews. Several emails to them, the ripoff reports reviews were explained to me and I figured I would have to wait it out. The ticket download arrived when they said it would, and they got us in to the ball game.
The tickets I got were 100 level under the Hit It Here Café at Safeco. The price was $ 24 per seat. You can’t beat that!
Gonna buy again and hope for them same outcome.

This place is a total scam! They resell tickets wayyyy over face value (in my case, by almost 10x). They add a bunch of charges to the tickets you purchase as well. Customer service is a nightmare.
STAY AWAY!!! You’re much better off buying the tickets from the source or even another resale site that is more reasonable.

This company is horrible. They do not send the tickets in a timely manner and do not respond to phone messages. They say 100% guaranteed but don’t count on that!!!
Run don’t walk away from this company!!!

As a X-​mas gift for my husband, I purchased tickets in late November for an April Barry Manilow performance in San Diego. I received a confirmation receipt and ticket order # that included my section and row. When we arrived at the concert I presented it to the ticket counter and they informed me that these were in fact SCAM tickets! The time of the concert printed on my ticket stated 7:00, but the concert was actually scheduled at 8:00. They informed me that even the «section and rows» did not exist in this center! I had to repurchase tickets on site as we had already driven there and paid for parking.
When I called Ticket Office
to explain what had happened and attempted to get a refund … all I got was a «runaround». They refused to refund my money! As the purchase was made several months before the event, my credit card had already been charged and they were unable to help me in anyway. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY AS THEY ARE A SCAM and should be investigated!

This horrible scammer doesn’t deserve a single star. DO NOT BUY TICKETS FROM THIS MAN — JOHN! He should be put out of business. He overcharged me for tickets to The Lion King and our view was blocked and we couldn’t see the show. I had requested unobstructed views and «John» promised me the seats were great. When I went to print out the tickets I discovered the seats were obstructed. I spent two hours on the phone with «John», most of it listening to music for 20 minute periods while he passed the phone from one friend to another… all for nought. Finally «John» agreed to credit my card $ 50.00 per ticket, however it never showed up on my statement.

I will NEVER ever use this ticket company again! They charged $ 53 dollars for tickets that were $ 25 and will not even work with you and the price after confronted!!! Be careful now off to the BBB to report them

I purchased some Seattle Mariners tickets through these guys. I was a little nervous because the game was tonight so I would need them right away. I got good seats behind home plate and received the Eticket link in just a few minutes. They are printed and in hand. I just checked the Mariners ticket site and, even with the fees Event Ticket Sales charges, the tickets were quite a bit less than if I bought them directly from the team website. Very pleased.

Definitely one of the more challenging concert ticket purchases I have ever made. Just know that Event Ticket Sales, LLC runs the website:
. They buy Google ads, so that when you search for an artist and a venue, they come up as one of the first links on your search return page. They are a private ticket broker, and have no affiliations with bands the venues that they are selling. Nothing wrong with this, just wanted all to know what I eventually figured out, in essence, I’d consider them an online ticket scalping service.
They had pretty good seats for the show I wanted to see, so I bought 3. Now one thing they guarantee is that you’ll get your tickets before your show date. During the purchase process, I selected FexEx Express Saver, as it was one of the choices. Once I got my receipt, (which by the way had a hefty $ 49.71 service fee & $ 13.95 for shipping) it occurred to me that that might be a tight turnaround, as it was Wednesday AM, and the show was the coming Saturday. I immediately emailed the company asking if the tickets were going to arrive on time. No one ever replied to my email that day, on Thursday, nor on Friday.
On Friday I Googled for a phone number, because there wasn’t one on my confirmation email, and I see all this negative press about this company that they are a fraud and they just rip you off. Great, I think. I got scammed.
I call the company. It took me 2 tries after very long holds to get through to a rude woman, who eventually put me through to John-​the supervisor. I ask if I am going to get my tickets on time, and John says, yes. I ask for a tracking number (which they don’t send to you like normal companies do when your order ships) and I see the package is slated for a MONDAY delivery. The concert is on Saturday. So I call John back (another long hold) and ask why he said they would arrive on time when Fex Ex wasn’t bringing them until Monday. He says that he had talked to Fed Ex to expedite the order to arrive by Saturday. okaaaay…but this was not being reflected on the FedEx site.
I call FexEx and ask where the package is and they confirm that it is wrapped in a bundle that is set for Monday delivery. *Sigh*. They don’t know anything about an ‘expedited order’, but once I explain the situation about Sat night concert tickets, the woman at FedEx says she’ll ‘see what she can do’. Long story short, it took 2 different people at 2 different stations to get me my package that day. If I hadn’t called John or FedEx, spending ½ a day trying to figure out if my tickets were coming, my tickets would NOT have arrived on time. And the most ridiculous part, was that my tickets shipped FROM Los Angeles, to Memphis, TN, to Sun City, CA only to get shipped BACK to Los Angeles? Talk about inefficient FedEx!
Here’s the net-​net with Event Ticket Sales:
–You’re going to pay more than face value for your tickets
(ours were only about $ 10 over FV)
–You’re going to pay a large service fee which seems to be a % on your total sale
–The company doesn’t appear to be very well oiled on making sure they’re living up to their ‘arrive on time guarantee’ and on the same note, they don’t send you a tracking number so you can check in on arrival.
The positives I will give them are:
–Our tickets were real (I was worried they’d be fake)
–And I will say is that our tickets were in a great location
(I think this company buys tix early and gets the better seats)
So, if they have the seats you want… go for it, just know you’re gonna pay more and follow up on your order!!!

Thanks Event Tickets! We have used Event Tickets on several occasions for high profile events and have nothing but positive things to say. Service was fantastic and the seats were as good if not better than promised. Made me feel like a V.I.P.

DO NOT BE TRICKED INTO BUYING FROM EVENT TICKET SALES LLC.
I clicked on Fillmore Theater event ticket sales believing I was buying directly from the theater. I was directed to enter my info to buy $ 49.00 tickets. After I paid, my receipt showed a $ 7.50 delivery charge and a $ 16.38 service charge. Okay I thought, so I was tricked. At least my daughter would get her ticket. Then I checked reviews on Google (the headline for Event Ticket Sales showed 4.5÷5 stars). I read some very upsetting reviews indicating that this was not a reputable company. Checking back for an email with a link to the ticket, there was none. Company wrote I would receive email shortly. When I did not here eighteen hours later and a day before concert, I phoned them seven times and they could not tell me when I would here from them again. I asked five times for a supervisor and five times they left me on hold for more than fifteen minutes with no response, only on hold music. Four times a representative told me they would have a supervisor get back to me and none ever did. They refused to cancel the charge.
Finally today I received an email advising me to call JOHN tomorrow «no sooner than one hour before the concert». He would meet me with the ticket. What are they kidding?
I wrote to them that this was a gift for my fifteen year old daughter and I was not going to have her MEET a JOHN an hour before the concert at an undisclosed location.
This is a terrible and unprofessional way of doing business. Does JOHN also sell hot jewelry or drugs at the same time he is «scalping» tickets?
Never, ever do business with this company, if it is a company.
Use Stub Hub, Ticketmaster or the theater box office. And be careful not to get tricked as I did – it does not happen to me often/

Very unprofessional. 10 minutes after i placed my order I went to cancel seeing that they price gouged the cost of the ticket by $ 24. having bought 4 tickets that is close to $ 100 they screwed me out of.
Do not buy tickets from these con artists.
