History

Established in 2013.

Evolve Started in early 2013 with an idea that high quality, nutrient dense Paleo food shouldn’t have to be expensive. We have made this a reality. With our six certified Paleo Chefs on staff and a commitment to always preparing amazing food, you will never be disappointed. This has made Evolve become an industry leader in just a year. Staring out of local garage and moving into the back of an old bar, to our current facility, we have held tight to the commitment of great food, exceptionally healthy.

Meet the Business Owner

Business Owner

Caleb started out with a little extra time and a craigslist posting. From there, things exploded. Evolve is wholly owned by Chef Caleb Summers and is a industry leader in the Paleo world.

Chef Caleb got his undergraduate degree in Broadcast Communications from John Brown University in 2006. After a few deployments in the army he used his GI Bill to go back to school for something that was a passion; delivering heath food to those that can’t or don’t want to pay a fortune for health. After recieving his Culinary Arts degree he worked at a local steakhouse and foun that he had extra time. If you you know Caleb, he doesn’t do well with extra time.

Caleb posted a Craigslist ad looking to cook Paleo for any families that wanted help. He quickly got overwhelmed to the point that he quit his job and pursued Evolve Paleo Chef full time. After a year, three kitchen locations and over 1000 clients, Evolve is expanding again. The secret? Great food, quality products, and customer service.
