I took a ring my mom had given me to be sized. They did it on the spot and for less than what one of the chain jewelry stores had quoted me. They also cleaned and polished it up and it looks beautiful! Very pleased with the customer service and quality of work provided. I will definitely go back!

This place is awesome! I needed to get my wedding ring resized so I took it here. Mike noticed I had prongs missing and some were wore down. He gave me a very reasonable price and put a rush on it because he wanted me to have it before I left town the next day. He really went above and beyond!

What a find. I had a necklace that was broken and I needed a new back for an earring. I had spent some time trying to fix the necklace but, it was just too tiny for me to do without a tool. She took one look at it and said it wouldn’t take but a minute and there would be no charge. Wow! How often does that happen. Then I asked if she had any earring backs that I could purchase because mine had come apart. She said that she had a bunch of them and then handed me a handful of them again no charge. Thanks. I will definitely be back when I have any repair work to be done.

This place is great! I have taken three new watches to be sized and each time they have got me in and out quickly and they do not overcharge like the watch kiosk in the mall! I was in a hurry one of the times and he made sure to move me up and it done fast. I have also gotten a clasp on a bracelet repaired here. I’ll definitely be going back for future repairs and sizing!
