First Mortgage Company

I give this company my dog of the month award. I called a loan officer at FM on a recommendation from my parents. I waited two days and called back and they put me on hold for 5 minutes. I just hung-​up.
As I was speaking to another loan officer at another company they finally returned my call. The guy who left the message actually said he had my number but wasn’t sure if it was a Phoenix or Omaha area code so he never called (I recently moved from Phoenix). I advised the owner in an email of the new search engine… google, which probably would have found it in 18 seconds or less.
If you can trust a company that’s going to process one of your biggest investment purchases but doesn’t return phone calls… and whose reps have never heard of google, feel free to contact them.
Fail.
