Helzberg Diamonds

I purchased my wife’s wedding ring and both bands from this location. We have had nothing but issues with this company since we purchased the three rings from this store. We’ve had the rings in their possession getting worked on, more than she’s even had it on her finger… and I purchased the ring a couple years ago. 3 of the 5 times we’ve gotten the rings back from their Jeweler, we’ve had missing diamonds on the bands. Knowing this history, the 5^th time we submitted the rings to the jeweler for a replacement of the other wedding band (since they shattered the wrong band on the wedding ring), we told them to double check that all the diamonds were intact. Needless to say, it was missing two diamonds upon arrival, so we are without her ring yet again for another 3 weeks. Helberg has done absolutely NOTHING to justify there constant mistakes. I’f you want a hassle free Wedding, without ring issues, than purchase your rings from another company. This is by far the biggest mistake we’ve made out of the entire wedding process.

Bought a ring and watch there over the last two years. Will never go back. Did not want the 0% for six months they had going on. I wanted a low apr and pay it off in a couple years. They switched it on me when I checked out. 6 months later $ 450 gets applied to my account for interest. That is not what we talked about! I was lied to and deceived. Helzbergs and Helzbergs Credit are not reputable. I have had a really bad experience!
