I love having Hyvee in the Florence neighborhood. It’s not a full grocery store but it’s nice to be able to pick up a few things.

This review is only for their Wine and Spirits department, well, the beer selection of that as it is… I actually was surprised at the selection they did have, coming here after seeing Shelby’s review. If I really needed some good beers I could probably make up a 6 pack, or find something decent here, props to Hy-​Vee… yet not up to other Hy-​Vee selections in town, but again props to Hy-​Vee for building here!

This is not a full fledged grocery store, but it is nice to have in the Florence area. I have used the pharmacy numerous times without issue, they have been friendly and helpful. The ‘grocery’ section of the store has your basic selections (though more ‘store’ brand items than usual) and while not a full fledged grocery store, they cover all the basics. They do however carry a good selection of wine and in my opinion, especially for Florence, a great selection of beer. The staff is very friendly. It would be great if it was a full fledged super market, as it is much cleaner and nicer than the other offerings nearby.
