History

Established in 1978.

Steven J. Lustgarten and Donald A. Roberts made a handshake deal to start a family law practice together in 1978, and became one of the first firms in Omaha and Eastern Nebraska specializing in divorce cases and matters of family law. A solid reputation was built with honesty, integrity, tenacity, and loyalty.
