We are vacationing at Mahoney State Park and we had not one but two tire issues. Found Olympia via a Google search to be the closest shop. Could not ask for better service! We were pleasantly greeted and prices fair for the tire repairs. Highly recommended!!! Thanks!!!

I will never go back. The service was horrible. I wanted to buy a bike and this was the closest place to home and it has been there for a long time so I figured its as good as any, why not stop in! I had no clue what I was looking for or what i really needed so i had a list of questions to ask the sales man to figure out what best suited me for causal bike rides with friends. I went in and looked around i saw some I liked. There was a man talking to a couple I assumed he must be the sales man/owner or whatever. I walked around several times waiting patiently for him to be done talking to them. One man said hi and walked right past me, I assumed he worked there but he walked out of the store so then i wasn’t sure. Nobody else ever acknowledged I was there. I was there for a good 20 min walking around in the same circle around the room looking at the same bikes waiting for either him to be done talking to the other people or at least saying he will help me when he was done. I never got any help or service whatever. I WALKEDOUT. I went to a different bike shop and right away was helped and I then spent a pretty penny on a new bike!

The real deal! Bike shop with everything. What a great place to find in the middle of a cross-country bicycle tour. Ed helped us try three different bike seats and was extremely knowledgeable. You can’t go wrong with Olympia Cycle.

Decent shop, some of the products are a little outdated but the customer service is great! Only giving it 4 stars because the shop has a strange smell to it!

This is a great bike shop. It doesn’t look like a store from the outside, it appears to be an old house. However, the guys inside know bikes. They sell and service them. When I took up riding after a long absence, they helped me choose the right bike for my size and needs, along with the basic accessories I needed. 15 years later I’m still riding. They have kept my bike(and me) operating in good shape and even given good-natured advice when it was needed.
