We have been teaching TM in the Omaha area for 6 years and have just recently opened this new office. TM has been taught in the US since 1959.

Brian and Debbie Smith have been teaching TM since the 1980s. They are fully certified. Patricia Dunn and John Spomer also teach at the Center.

In Summer 2015, I had the privilege of studying TM with Debbie and Bryan and the experience is simply life changing. The teaching I received was excellent and both are wonderfully wise, caring facilitators. My entire team participated in the teaching and our workplace has been profoundly impacted. We were a great team already and TM practices have added a competitive advantage that we didn’t have to fight for, things just emerged and we were at our best selves to take in the opportunity. I have been meditating with Brian and Debbie for over three years now, and it has become an integral part of my life. In the most simplest of explanations, it’s like spring cleaning in your brain twice a day. It leaves you refreshed, renewed and relaxed. All from the comfort of wherever you are.
