Peace and Power Counseling specializes in treating those who are experiencing problems because of their own or someone elses gambling problem. We are therapists specializing in gambling treatment who feel passionate about helping those who want help. Peace and Power Counseling also provides services for those struggling with spending compulsion, relationship problems, grief and loss, depression and/or anxiety. History
Established in 2009.
Peace and Power Counseling started as a private practice for Gina Fricke who is a licensed clinical social worker and is certified in Nebraska and Nationally as a gambling treatment therapist. Gina Fricke has been working with individuals with gambling problems, relationship problems, grief and loss and depression and anxiety since 2002. Peace and Power Counseling has since grown in 2010 into a thriving business.

I graduated from University of Nebraska at Omaha with my Bachelor and Master degree in Social Work 1999 and 2002. Since 2002 I have been working in the mental health field specializing in gambling treatment. I work primarily with gamblers and their family members. I also work with those suffering with spending or shopping compulsion, grief and loss, relationship problems, anxiety and depression.
I also have done many presentations about gambling addiction and/or grief and loss to various audiences. I currently am a licensed clinical social worker in the state of Nebraska and hold both national and state of Nebraska certifications as a gambling counselor. I became a certified grief recovery specialist in August 2008 through the Grief Recovery Institute.
