Randy S.
Manager
Randy has over 25 years professional business experience that includes being a small business owner, a VP with P&L experience, and has consistently been top 10% performer in organizations that range in size from Fortune 100 companies to small start-up firms.
His business experience is diverse and includes a variety of verticals such as Technology, Media, Auto, Financial Services, Insurance, Security and Franchising. Because of this diverse background he is able to effectively engage with participants from different industries and facilitate on a variety of topics. He can quickly establish credibility because participants can tell that his intent is to help them and they appreciate that he’s walked in their shoes. His training sessions are high energy and he is an expert at generating group participation.
In addition to delivering great content he engages with participants in such a way that it not only stimulates their minds, but they leave with a smile on their face as well.
