Note: this location is inside Westroads mall.
In short: Rude.
I’ve tried to get coffee here twice and each time was unsuccessful.
The first time my coffee didn’t taste right and I ended up giving it to my husband. More coffee for him, I went and got tea in another part of the mall. I was annoyed, but not worth complaining.
The second time I try to get coffee here, different person making it, it doesn’t taste at all edible. This time I’m by myself and complain. The lady got extremely defensive. Mind you, All I did was ask her to remake it because I didn’t like it. She told me there was nothing wrong with my coffee. At this point I get a little upset and ask for my money back. She told me no several times. At this point I get upset because people are starring at us at I simply threw the coffee away.
I don’t know if this lady was on something or just a miserable person but fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice… well. I think not.
