Starbucks

First let me state this Starbucks is INSIDE the Target located on 72^nd and Dodge street, NOT the one next to Gamestop/​Chipotle.
This Starbucks is in my personal running to be the worst one in Omaha, currently tied with the one a block down the street.
The employees are rude and obviously do NOT care what so ever. You want to see ingredient lists? TOO BAD. You want decaf? You better be prepared to pay for it… say what?
I’ve had several «run ins» with the manager of this location. This lady is rude, heck, rude is an understatement. Starbucks is already expensive and she wanted to change me almost $ 2 more for the same drink I get across the street because I wanted it decaf and with the proper amount of syrup pumps. She claimed that they have to charge more for decaf because it’s not «common enough «and explained the way she is suppose to make this drink didn’t include as much syrup as other Starbucks stores. I just… can’t even.
I refused to pay and left. This happened twice, as I thought maybe after complaining to 1−800-Starbucks they’d fix the issue; no such luck.
When I’ve actually gotten drinks there, they don’t taste as good as the «normal» Starbucks. Even asking them to remake the drinks doesn’t work out. I end up calling customer service and they end up crediting my card back for the drink, then I go somewhere else. Let this be a lesson to use a Starbucks gift card.
To recap — Rude, under-​trained employees, different tasting drinks, and OVER CHARGING.
No thank you. I suggest the location downtown by the library.
