Good gym. Competitively priced. This place has everything you need — treadmills, ellipticals, bikes, hand bikes, rowing machines, various weight machines, free weights, a pool, a hot tub, and a couple of studios in case you want to do some stretching or functional training. The staff is friendly and professional. The place is clean. It’s about all you could ask for in a gym. I’m moving away very soon, and I’m going to miss this place a lot.

I was on Vacation in Oneonta New York and did not want to get out of my workout routine. So I Unilocaled workout places and found this gym right away. I got a weeks pass for 30 $ which I feel is pretty affordable. The gym has up to date equipment and the workout area was very clean. The only equipment they were missing was kettle balls. They also have a trainer on hand if you have any questions about any of the machines. This gym also has a pool and workout classes. I would come here again. The staff was extremely friendly and made you feel very welcome. The only negative is the bathrooms were nasty. The toilet seats needed to be replaced. I know this gym is not cheap so I know FOXCARE can afford it.
