Econo Lodge

Not the only hotel in Ontario. But only my first choice. Above Econo lodge standard, the hotel is well kept and helpful staff. Esp the manager Josue always greeted us with a smile and knows us by our first name. Thanks, see you in a few weeks!

Stayed with my family for 2 nights! The room was clean and the linens were fresh! When I entered the lobby the staff greeted me quickly and were very helpful. They also helped give advice on things I could do in the area. The staff even gave my dog a treat. Would stay again!

This hotel is very accommodating. Great customer service and located in a great spot. Highly recommended.

Conveniently located by the 10 freeway, Ontario airport and Ontario Mills shopping outlets. Accommodations were clean, affordable and comfortable. Customer service was awesome. Staff was very friendly and helpful, especially when I asked for directions, eating suggestions, etc. They definitely work hard to keep their guests happy. Free breakfast and free fast internet! For the price you pay, you can’t really ask for more. Would stay there again if I were ever to go to Ontario again.

This place is a great place to stay in Ontario from what I’ve seen around.
I called in last minute, and they were able to squeeze me into exactly the room that I wanted. They were reasonable and flexible with their nightly rates.
I’m sold. The owner cares and the staff is friendly and very responsive. There’s free internet, the rooms are clean and quiet, the beds are comfortable and there’s free continental breakfast.
I’ll definitely be back if I ever have to come back to Ontario again.

Very pleasantly surprised at how clean and tidy our room and the hotel was! We checked in at 1:00a and Daisy was at the front ready to help us! My only complaint was that our room smelled heavily of pot, but then it went away. Great service, clean accomodations, and the price was awesome! Definitely will be back.

This hotel was the worst hotel I ever stayed at in my entire life. This hotel needs to be shut down. The carpet was filthy with stains & odor. the linen on the beds were beyond horrible. I had a smoke free room right next door to a smoking room which didn’t make sense to me. The hallways had a terrible odor. There was nothing at this hotel that had a aw factor into it. This place needs to be shut down there is only housekeeping during certain time in the day time. My room had no working AC unit during my stay here I had to take a cool bath to stay cool in my room. The bathroom needs new up to date on applicanes & vent system. The people above you make so much noise that u can’t sleep and front desk doesn’t nothing about it. I asked for clean towels so I leave the dirty ones on the floor like the signs says so and in return they fold my dirty towels and make it look like they cleaned them. I will never ever stay here again. Its not worth the $ 52 a night I rather pay more at a better establishment then this piece of shitty ass hotel. Please don’t ever stay here its nasty !!!

My family stayed here this past weekend, on the third floor. It’s a relatively quiet hotel with comfortable beds. Reasonably clean, although the linens, carpet and upholstery are pretty worn. There was an iron burn mark on the floor, cigarette burns in a bedspread and a pull bar missing from a drape. Oh, and the hallway smelled like an ashtray even though most of the rooms were marked as non-​smoking. Housekeeping only makes one pass through, so if you’re sleeping in late and have the do not disturb sign out, you’re out of luck. The complimentary continental breakfast is sparse. The wireless internet in very good though, and the service at the front desk is top notch.
To summarize. Quiet, lots of parking, good service at the front desk, affordable and clean, but a little worn on the edges.

The staff was super friendly. Have stayed in an econoodge before … This was definitely not as nice as them. But I got over as I got a good deal on the room I really just wanted a good nights sleep.. I am actually writing this as I am still in their hotel. It is 730 am… Don’t expect to be able to sleep in at all as they started doing lawn work right outside my room a few minutes after 7am… next time I will just drive back to LA and drive back in the am

I wish I could give it less than one star! Paid $ 65 for one night $ 73 after everything even though I have a $ 80 $ hold on my card. Want to start off my saying, take $ 20 more dollars and stay somewhere else. Stayed in room 101. Rooms spell gross kinda a moldy, sweaty, pee smell. Shoulda walked out right there but the smell was faint. If there’s someone staying in the room right above you, you won’t sleep, you hear every step they make. They was a baby next door that was crying non stop, called the front desk and complained but did no good. The bed was really really dirty, every time I got off of it I took a shower in fear I’d catch a fungus or parasite. The bed also had a very faint pee smell (the bed was old and dirty and who ever was in charge of cleaning it, was not doing their job. The carpets were also really dirty, my feet felt sticky after walking around barefoot. Chairs were dirty and didn’t sit on them. Holes in the curtains let light through during the day. Grossed out by this place!!! Will never be back to stay at an Econo Lodge again, EVER!!! We’ll worth 20 $ to stay somewhere not gross. This place needs a Heath inspector to come through; If there already is one passing this place, maybe another one that takes his job a little more serious!!!

It was a terrible stay. Don’t trust the outside of this hotel — its deceiving!
Father’s Day weekend. The hotel looks great on the outside but when we check in first thing I notice was the safety bullet proof like window on the outside (that tells a lot in what kind of area you are in town), then the smell walking to our room is very distinct that its not well managed and cleaned. Now, the room — not what I expected. The sheet has tear on in and again the smell of the room bothers me that I don’t even feel like sitting on the bed. so this is just the hotel and its surroundings. Don’t let me start with whats going on within the hotel.
When we got in the room trying to settle down to get ready for the night of fun, 10
minutes after my daughter (15 yrs old) heard that there was a guy trying to get in our
room. Then I heard someone is inserting their keys to the door. So my boyfriend cautiously
open the door and found that a 55 – 60 yrs old guy was in front of our room door saying that was
his room. we were surprise and I was a little scared (we have a baby with us) that this guy not
knowing where he’s room is would try to get in the room. Not to mention he made a huge mess
in front of the room — he has a pipe, frappé cup with old used batteries, stones, and all stuff you can’t imagine a normal person would carry. So this guy is in a mess… like a junkie mess! So that part was done we told him that that wasn’t his room and was mistaken. Then a minute
later he was banging on our door. WTF! I called the front desk and the lady came up to check
on the situation. We had to leave for a night event so we didn’t know what happened after that.
The housekeeping lady even told us to be careful in the hotel — SHIT right!!!
With all that 15 minute experience in this hotel, we decided not to stay for the night. We
rather drive home than not able to sleep through out the night afraid someone will bang
the room door again. There are a lot of shit going on in the area and this hotel is their hide
out — at least thats how i see it. I know the saying — you get what you pay for. But hotel is a
hospitality business and no one should feel unsafe once inside the hotel premisses. When we check out that same night, the front desk was kind enough to charge half of the rate after we file a complaint. But then, she never offered to change room either — which we wouldn’t have accepted anyways. I would like a full refund on this matter. The hassle, the inconvenience and the risk we took was not worth it. I thought Choice Hotels have certain standards that all their affiliate should abide.

This place is perfect!!! Right off the 10 excellent staff and clean clean clean. Close to many little shops and places to eat.

Great location, close to 10frwy. Clean and nice staff. Free breakfast and WiFi, great pool. Will come again.

Great price. Good location near the airport and great amenities. Loved the pool during the hot weather! I recommend this hotel over many in the area because of their overall value! Already booked my next stay here in advance.

This place is disgusting! not worth your money it smells, its old and you just feel dirty even stepping into the room. prob one of the worst places ive stood and ive stood in some places where i thought omg this couldnt be worse.

This place is so run down. It was my 3 year anniversary yesterday and we’re sorta on a budget. We called around to see what was available and chose to check in for the night. Let me just say, there might as well have been roaches in that place. We checked in and went up to the room where we found dust on the toilet, throw up stains on the floor, a used plastic cup on the side of the bed, dirty pillow sheets, and the blankets smelled musty. So I went back down to the front desk and asked if they had anything cleaner, the lady told me that I was going to be paying 7 dollars more for another bed, but it was «the best she had». I agreed to it, for the sake of my anniversary night. We switched rooms and come to find out, our second room was even more disgusting than our first and cheaper room! Dirt stains on all the furniture, the microwave was full of grime, the blankets were worse, just terrible. So as my gf was on the phone with her manager, I decided to look around. She was on the phone for 30 mins until she got off and I told her, «I’m not staying here, I’m calling for a refund.» Come to find out you’re only aloud to be in the room for 15 mins before deciding you want your money back. Motel 6 is wayyyy more nice, and cheaper. I have yet to go back today to talk to the gm and get my money back. But I’ll be making my way over there. Lets just say, I wouldn’t even take a dirty hooker to this place for the night. Never again.

Inexpensive room. You get what you pay for. Hotel is hot. No air conditioning in public areas. One ice machine in the hotel. One towel in the room. Requested towel after check in. Had to wait till 9 o clock the next morning for a second towel. Pool and hot tub is filthy. Tv had 12 channels. Walls so thin that we were able to hear our neighbors marital affection, over and over again. Out of coffee at breakfast, and no ironing boards or irons.
